“My husband and I flew in on a small plane for my birthday getaway. There were golf carts waiting by the airport for us to get around on the island. A flight following service had lost contact with us so the police showed up to make sure we were okay. How nice! It was easy to find our cottage and we couldn’t have been more pleased! “Although we were there only a few days after Hurricane Debby caused severe damage (again) to Cedar Key, our condo was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. We had a few glitches when we first arrived in Cedar Key (before we could check in), our overall stay was great. Restaurants started opening on Thursday/Friday and that was great. “We had a fun few days kicking around town. Made last minute reservations so our selection was limited and this property accepted our two small dogs. House was very comfortable with a great view. A few roaches in the kitchen, but fully equipped with everything you need. Neighborhood is quiet and the Airport Road is great for dog walking. Definitely recommend.”
