“We did not stay. The front door looked like an abandoned building. We called and were directed to the right side of the building. There wasn’t parking on site. When we got up to the rooms. The lights to the bedrooms and living area where non functioning. Only the kitchen and bath had lights. I tried to switch on a bedside light it had no light bulb. We did call and she was going to send someone to check on it. By then it was 11:30 at night. We told her we would not stay there and found another...

“Cozy home had everything we needed. It was warm and inviting. It was well stocked, with everything you’d need in the kitchen, and plenty of towels and blankets and in a central location with one space for off street parking. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in and check out process.was also easy. . ”

“This property has at least five abandoned/boarded up homes around it. The neighborhood is quiet, but it's not very family friendly. Our stay was quiet, the listing was accurate as far as living space but lacking specifics. It is a shared property, so not private. On road parking only, again a drawback.”

“This three bedroom apartment is a great option to stay in Buffalo. The place is beautifully decorated and the location is very convenient. There are many restaurants and shops in a walking distance. The beds are very comfy and the kitchen is fully equipped. We stayed there for a couple of days while visiting the area and of course Niagara Falls, but we could have stayed much longer. Vanessa is a very kind host. She answered my message immediately.”

From the start with communications with the property manager before during and after my stay , the ease of check in with the lock box, to the pulled off after check out it was peaceful and pleasant. Everything needed to enjoy yourself or entertain some company while you making yourself at home enjoying your 420 experience. It's a big YES for me I will DEFINITELY PUFF AND STAY again and again and .... Again and you should too!! ”
