Upscale Comfort
The most amenities ever at a rental!! There were more thoughtful provisions than I have ever seen at a rental property. The home was convenient and spacious. Nice layout for 3 couples. Beautiful details inside and out. Loved having air conditioning as it is hard to find in this area. The house was even better in person. We appreciated the ample amount of towels and beach towels, coffee, condiments.

Liked it so much i went back
Second trip to stay in this house for us. My wife had to work remotely and used the office space downstairs, very convenient. TV conveniently set up to allow for an AppleTV or Roku hookup. if you want to bring your personal tv viewing with you. Cooked multiple nights using pans/bbq provided at the house.Beds were big and comfortable. We had a great time. Thanks

Great Base for Carmel/Monterey Trip
The house was great for our family stay + pup. We had visitors from OH and wanted to spend a weekend on the Monterey Peninsula, and the location was a perfect base from which to go whale watching, visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium and hang out on the Carmel State Beach. The house was very comfortable, and the yard was enjoyed by all. The hot tub was a big hit. There were also really nice amenities like popcorn and biscotti.

Amazing stay!
I stayed at Serenity By the Sea with friends and we had such an amazing, relaxing, worry-free stay. The house is so clean and has every amenity you will need. The bedrooms and bathroom were so clean and spacious with lots of closet space. The hot tub was a perfect end to a long day out and the outdoor patio and balcony area were perfect for starting your day out in the morning dew. Our guest relations contact was so helpful and quick to respond to all our communications. The only complaint is that we were not made aware that two of the bathroom were located in the bedroom upstairs, while the two bedrooms downstairs shared a single bathroom. It was ok for our group, but for parties that may want their own privacy, this may be a larger inconvenience.

Two couples, 70+ and we loved this property. One of the few we’ve rented that was exactly as promised. Very nicely appointed and well supplied, we enjoyed every minute. Convenient to everything, easy access, very highly recommend!!

Carmel Reunion
We were 5 long-time college friends reuniting in Carmel from both coasts. This home was perfect in size, comfort, amenities, cleanliness and overall ambience. Its proximity to Big Sur, Carmel & Monterey provided us with lots of outdoor time in between enjoying great dining opportunities and each other's company. The only clarification that should be made in the listing is that while there are 3 full bathrooms, two of them can only be accessed by entering the master suite, which could complicate some logistics for guests.

Beautiful home. Was unaware of the backyard being gravel rocks. Hard to walk on for both myself and the dogs. They seem to scatter everywhere. We loved the fact that the back yard was completely fenced in.

A Perfect Stay!
The house and yard were as pictured in the listing. It was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf stove and Bosch dishwasher with dishes and utensils to match. The outdoor area is perfect for evening cocktails and very private. The location is convenient to Carmel. It’s one of the nicest short term properties we’ve stayed in to date.
