“This cute little carriage house was built into the passageway behind the main house and the barn. It comfortably fit our party of 3 adults with a nice size kitchen, a single bathroom, and spacious seating areas both inside and out. Our flight was delayed, and when we arrived, there was yogurt and fruit in the fridge waiting for us. There is a stand selling ice cream, burgers, and lobster rolls within walking distance, and the Cape Elizabeth beach is a short drive away. Lovely stay!”

“Brian was very welcoming, great to work with and very available. I would have loved to see the property in bloom. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the morning light. Our only challenge was not quiet enough lighting in the kitchen area. ”

“We were all grateful for the comfort and ease Liz and John's home offered us over the long wknd. Especially appreciated the comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, convenient location to beaches and running trails, and the personal touches - feels like you're in a real home not a house purchased solely to rent to vacationers. Working with Liz in the lead up to our stay was a pleasure; super responsive and accommodating. Recommend if you're looking to gather with a big group.”

“After not being able to see much of our family the last few years we wanted a special place to get together, 1 Salt Spray Lane was it. Shea and his family have everything you could need for a memorable vacation in an incredible location. Cape Elizabeth is 5 min to the best parks and hikes, less than 20min from Portland and only 100 yards from the areas almost private beach. It was a great house we will never forget and we felt very comfortable in.”

“The stay started with no towels, a broken bed that the frame was held up by. 2x4. The twin bed frame was totally unsteady and also fell apart- so one child and two adults sleeping on mattress on the floor! The deck was unsafe- bathroom door difficult to open. So terribly disappointed!”

“Our stay was memorable and so enjoyable. There were 5 of us, 4 adults and 1 child. The location is in a nice little neighborhood, only steps from Crescent Beach. We could sit on our deck and see the ocean and sleep by the sounds of the waves. This property has so much to offer with three bedrooms, one of which is downstairs for this older stair challenged lady. It has three parking spots and a lovely fenced yard for the kids to play in. The cottage was very clean and the owner has it stocked...
