“Wendy has done a great job of making the cottage pet friendly and she provides everything you need. The cottage is comfortable and there are board games, pet toys and a kitchen that holds all the items you need except the food to prepare a meal. The decorations are tasteful and not overdone. This is a very comfortable and charming place for a visit to Oak Island. ”

“This was our second time staying. Perfect location for us. The beach and general store are across the street, as well as an ice cream shop. The house was clean and everything was just as described. “We loved the property and even from second row the view was nice. The only real issue we had is the outdoor spicket to rinse off feet didn’t work and maybe just a few more towels but you do have a washer and dryer so…. We really enjoyed the space, TVs in every room, books, and monopoly game was a nice touch. Balcony on both sides of the house. The wood on those may need to be replaced in a couple of years. “Lil Salty is the perfect beach house to really have a relaxing and fun beach vacation! The views are beautiful and really add to the enjoyment of the stay since you can constantly see the ocean.
