“This hotel was so pleasant to be in and the staff was so helpful that we cancelled our night out in Brighton and ate there. The food was excellent. You pay more for a pint but it’s worth it for the surroundings and atmosphere. ”

“The Old Ship is a lovely hotel. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. It was hot and too noisy to have the windows open but the room had a ceiling fan which was remarkably effective. The breakfast was lovely and my veggie dishes had to be ordered especially but came super quick. My only moan is that in the room we only had 4 teabags and 4 pots of milk. No herbal tea. ”

“La decoración interior del hotel es muy bonita, mucho mejor que la exterior. El único pero es la moqueta en todo el hotel, aunque la limpieza es tan buena que casi no se nota. Sin lugar a dudas, lo mejor era el personal, que era muy agradable y siempre estaban pendientes de nuestras necesidades. La situación también es muy buena, con vistas al mar si tienes suerte con la habitación. Perfecto para visitar Brighton, o incluso Londres, a 50min en tren.”
