“I was on a Army Veterans Reunion for the weekend & I was able to park in the pub carpark next to the hotel for £7.50 per day, payment at the pub bar, due to the hotel parking is at a minimum, but it was no great problem. Bar was good as were the staff, and we also had 2 singers on the last night of our stay, sadly there was only around 12 of us watching as most guests had left, but the singers were great. “Beautiful place, the family room was perfect. Loads of little touches that the kids loved. Slept really well not a scrap if light through the curtains, all still fast asleep at 9am. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. Parking not great as only 6 spaces and really tight but managed to park free on the next side street. Owner/host really friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back.”
