“We wanted to stay in Riverside Heights for a few nights to be near family who had just moved to the area and this was the perfect spot. Heather was a wonderful host and answered all of our inquiries about local spots, which was very helpful as this was our first visit to the area. We will be back.The studio unit was clean, private, and comfortable, as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed sitting at the end of the dock on the river in the evening- pretty spot! ”

“What a cute little cottage. So well stocked, and SO clean! Super cozy bed. Good fans and a/c works well. Judy was excellent in responding to questions. Instructions were clearly laid out. Great location. 15 minutes to TPA, downtown, Ybor city, Busch Gardens. Great little coffee place steps away. And a pub 5 minute walk away with amazing food and prices! “We had an amazing time, and wish we could have stayed longer. My husband and i got married right down the road at the barn at crescent lake, and this was the PERFECT location. The horses were super nice, the beds were comfy, and the house just gave off a very cozy feel. There was a slight issue with the water, but Dave worked non stop to come up with a solution as soon as we brought it to his attention. ”

“It was disappointing that we didn't have use of the garage to park one of the cars. It was very difficult backing out of the driveway because there is so much traffic both directions. There was so much loud traffic on the road that there was no way we could back into the driveway without causing a major traffic jam. It was loud sitting outside with all the traffic noise.
