Una gran cabaña para disfrutar de unas relajantes vacaciones. Puedes quedarte en este lugar tranquilo con una gran vista e incluso disfrutar de la aurora boreal en invierno o hacer viajes para ver todo lo que esta hermosa área tiene para ofrecer. La cabaña cuenta con 3 habitaciones, cocina totalmente equipada y área de descanso para 6 personas. Ofrecemos muy buena información sobre todo lo que se puede hacer en esta área, por ejemplo, hay dos excelentes piscinas a corta distancia y Gullfoss y Geysir del círculo dorado. También puede encontrar cosas para hacer, como montar a caballo, jugar al golf y nadar en las piscinas naturales islandesas cercanas. No tiene que ir muy lejos para encontrar una tienda de comestibles o restaurantes, por lo que esta área tiene todo lo que necesita.

Cozy and homey in a beautiful location
We split our stay into two areas on opposite ends of the golden circle. This was our second spot and we really enjoyed it. The hot tub was perfect, beds comfortable, and kitchen and bath really well stocked with necessities. No laundry/washer is the only downside but we managed as we only stayed four nights and were able to do laundry at our first spot.

Cozy Rental
This house might be the most beautiful setting in a rental I've been to. I love the fact that it is set at the end of a road, which is very quiet and peaceful. There are so many windows that you can see the entire view which goes on for miles. We felt comfortable in this house, being very cozy. The fact that all heating comes from geothermal energy was amazing! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook a meal. The blue tooth speaker in the living room was great for music. The hot tub was great to sit in and enjoy the scenery.

Great location!
This guesthouse is in the middle of everything Golden Circle has to offer. A cozy cabin in the woods for our family of four. Owner is extremely responsive too.

Not what I expected, should not be a rental
First, there is a hot tub at the place, but not what you think. You have to fill the hot tub to use it with hot water. I think that is called a hot bath. Takes 20 minutes to fill so when you are back from a long day of sightseeing that is what you have to do. This information was sent to me a few days before check in, but I missed that info and was seriously surprised by an empty hot tub. The place is also very cluttered, do not expect what you see in the pictures. The light switches do not work and there are power bricks all over the place to plug some extra light into. The place is quiet and the location is OK. Not much around there and for the days we were there most restaurants close by were closed.

This was a great little place for me and my family to stay while visiting Iceland. The cabin had everything you could need and the host was super responsive to any questions we had. We truly enjoyed our stay and the wonderful town of Fludir.

Everything was perfect!
Wir waren das erste Mal auf Island und diese Hütte war so süß und gemütlich. Die Lage war auch super, um als Neuling die Insel zu erkunden. Es gibt vieles in der Nähe und auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt ein Lebensmittel Geschäft. Für 4 Personen war die Wohnung auch richtig gut. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr freundlich und der Check-In, sowie Check-Out liefen reibungslos. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Super gemütliche kleine Hütte zum Entspannen
Wir waren hier für 10 Tage und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Durch die gute Lage konnten wir viele Orte ziemlich schnell erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Elisa war hervorragend, da sie immer ein offenes Ohr hatte und kleine Nachfragen kurzfristig beantwortet wurden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Hütte übernachten. Der Urlaub war einfach nur traumhaft. Zum Schluss noch ein Wort zur Hütte.....Da es wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat.....da die Hütte bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet ist und wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Abende im Pool oder am Feuer waren wirklich einzigartig... Nochmal vielen herzlichen Dank für wunderschöne 10 Tage :) Die 4 Berliner......wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Perfekter Start für unseren Island-Urlaub
Das Haus ist ein isländischer Traum. Man fühlt sich von der 1. Sekund zuhause und genießt die tolle Atmosphäre. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine tolle persönliche Note. Alles ist da! Und Hottub, Feuerschale und riesen Gasgrill runden das Erlebnis ab. Abends auf der Terrasse sitzen und das Land genießen. Mehr geht kaum. Und Elisabet ist eine tolle und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Cozy, with Great Views and easy Access to Sites
We really enjoyed the cottage. The interior has a quaint and cozy feel, with everything needed for a good stay. The windows are expansive, so people can sit on the sofa and gaze at the mountains in the distance. I do have a few points that need improvement: - the host forgot to send the lockbox code but did respond quickly, when asked. I’m also a VRBO host; at my property, I provide guests with a full description of what to expect upon arrival. I approach my property, as if I’ve never been before and spell out the areas that might be confusing for guests, well in advance of their arrivals. - the lighting and electrics are very confusing - the hosts left a decent amount of food in the fridge/freezer, which is already small. We didn’t have much room for the food we brought with us, to the point that we had to throw away some frozen items we’d purchased because the freezer was full. I think vrbo refrigerators should be mostly empty for guests.

Superbe et confortable
Il y a beaucoup de choses à découvrir dans une zone restreinte autour du logement. Il est situé au bout d’une allée, à flanc de coteau donc très calme, avec une vue imprenable. L’aménagement est très beau et confortable. Il y a tout le nécessaire et le superflu. Elisabeth sait se rendre très accueillante même à distance. C’est une excellente adresse. Nous la recommandons chaudement. Olivier, Angèle, et leurs filles Anna (8) et Lou (10) qui s’y sont senties très bien aussi.

Un séjour idyllique !
Jolie maison de vacances parfaitement équipée, idéalement située pour visiter le Cercle d'Or. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus ! Nous avons adoré nous y détendre après une belle journée de découvertes. Pour la localisation, les coordonnées GPS données ne correspondaient pas totalement, il faut aller plus loin, jusqu'au bout du chemin. La maison d'Elizabeth est tout au bout du chemin. En été le soleil de minuit est bien agréable...mais cependant nous recommandons les masques de sommeil car en Islande les logements ne sont pas équipés de volets ni de rideaux occultants.

A home stay
Great location just make sure you put the entire address into the sat Nav, our Toyota Nav only suggested one wrong location until I added all text. The cabin is great, watch the hot tub, it is hot and if left gets hotter! The cabin is full of the owners bits and bobs which gives it a great homely feel. Also the secret lagoon is 5 minutes by car.

Terrific private and cozy cabin!
End-of-the-road privacy, a hot tub on the porch, and a cozy comfortable homey vibe made our stay at this cabin absolutely delightful. There is a market a few minutes away, and the cabins' proximity to the Golden Circle make it a perfect option for our stay. Im ready to move in!

Gute Lage mit Hot Pool
Die Hütte war gut zu finden und liegt wirklich gut zwischen vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sie hat bis zu 6 Betten, ein kleines Bad und ein nettes Wohnzimmer inkl. Küche und Esstisch. Die fast umlaufende Veranda ist breit und bietet eine "Außenküche" mit Gasgrill und einen Hot Pool. Bei letzterem hatten wir Probleme mit dem Zulauf, aber letztendlich klappte alles und wir konnten die Abende darin genießen. Uns hat es gefallen.
