“In a great location, this simple hotel gives good honest service and accommodation, it overlooks the beach and the train station, from which you can travel back in time on a steam train. The town is just down the road and for bigger shops, there are 3 supermarkets 10 minutes walk away. You can walk along the promenade in either direction, and a visit to the harbour is well worth the walk. “We had the cooked English breakfast and the eggs royal, which were both excellent. We also enjoyed the generous range of cereals, pastries, breads and drinks available. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful and the room was very clean with stunning views.”
“Room was small to be an ensuite double room, but it was clean and had basics and toiletries, tv and free wifi. Free parking at the front door. The owner, Darren, was quite nice and helpful. He cooked a nice breakfast every morning, personalized a bit for my continental taste, and listened patiently to my daily adventures. I was on holiday and did tourism across Somerset from there. “Very nice, traditional hotel. Friendly staff: big, free car park and excellent location close to shops and beach.
Can be noisy- rooms at the front overlook several bars which are loud, especially at closing. Rooms at the back have wonderful sea views but overlook the bar and outside area where weddings etc may be celebrated quite late into the night!”
“It is situated where everything is local and within walking distance. The beach is on the doorstep also shops, and dining facilities not to far away. The hotel was a excellent choice and is first class, overall a very enjoyable stay. ”

“We had a good stay. Really enjoyed this accommodation and where it was situated. Except the shower, hardly any water coming out of it. Food and staff at this place are excellent ”
“No food options, but was a room with microwave in you could heat some food in. Didnt bother me as we ate out anyway. Bed was very comfortable. We came back to the apartment at around 9pm. “As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. ”

"Hotel bien ubicado al lado de la estación de trenes y a una cuadra de la avenida principal de Cardiff St. Mary's Street. Se puede ir caminando a los lugares más turísticos de la ciudad y hay una gran variedad de restaurantes, bares y cafeterías a unos pasos.
