“Location, location, location. This beach house is literally above Bolinas lagoon. My kids fished for rock crab below the house and were momentarily startled by a sea lion gliding directly below them. A resident seagull liked to join us on the back porch. Kitchen doesn’t have a ton of counter space but is well-stocked with necessities and appliances. Quick walk to the grocery stores, Coast Cafe, and Smiley’s. The beach is out the door and to the left.”

“Incredible home. My three friends and I loved our weekend and enjoyed the beautiful home and the sweet sauna so much. The view was miraculous and the walks to Agate beach and the bluff on the other side were so memorable!! A real treat to have it be a full moon weekend as well! Loved the showers and the great water and water pressure.
