Really appreciated the welcome pack with Milk , teabags, biscuits etc , thank you 😍 Parking space is a bit tricky to access via a narrow drive , but not enough to stop us wanting to go back . Jack and Jill bathroom accessed from both bedrooms but one of the doors didn't lock properly so if travelling as friends need to know when the other is in the bathroom 😂 Overall really loved it here and would definitely go again ”

The host Michael had sent me a very informative email before our stay and then sent a check-in email during our stay. The park itself is quiet and the lodges aren't on top of each other. The location is so ideal to get anywhere in Cornwall. We will define book lodge 22.”

“We had a lovely stay at this cottage being 5 adults and plenty of room but may of been a bit pushed if 6 for sitting room but perfect for us. It's a bit way out on single track road and at first was a bit worried about but found perfectly ok by end of holiday. Kitchen was lovely only downside but it didn't affect us a very small ice compartment but luckily we didn't get much frozen food . There are some steep stairs but a great hand rail so not a problem but worth mentioning if you have mobility...

“This location, property and careful attention to key amenities made for a fabulous weekend exploring Cornwall. We made trips to Bodmin Jail, Tintagel Castle and Land’s End from here. Wadebridge is 10 mins away, but this spot is beautifully secluded and very well appointed. The farm animals on the property will be an attraction on their own to some families. 3 different size units available, all sharing a beautiful courtyard. The hosts are wonderful as well!!”

“I received a free upgrade to one of the Lodges so don't actually know about Davy Cottage. However, the lodge called Owls Nest was lovely. Spacious, well equipped, clean and really comfortable. The view was great. Parking was directly outside. The road is rather pot-holed (not unlike the rest of the country!) and I didn't like the black towels which left lint all over me, but that is really me being finicky! We ate in the restaurant one evening which was very good. The peacocks were amusing,...

“We enjoyed our stay at the cottage in 2020 so much that we returned this year. The cottage is very cosy and quirky, we love the garden but potential visitors should be aware of steep steps up to the garden.”

“My husband daughter two small dogs stayed here for week 7-14 sept. It is a lovely place, unfortunately the weather was not great but did not spoil it too much. We managed to get out every day. The pool area and hot tub is in need of refurb and. We were hoping to use the pool but we were told a part was being awaited so we're unable to use as it was very cold. ”
