“The property was clean, well organized, and had the right amenities for our stay. Communication with the owner leading up to our stay was timely and clear. Check-in and check-out was easy. “Grover beach is a lot less crowded than Pismo beach - not just the beach, but also the town. Beach access at Grover Beach, Monarch butterfly Grove, Vons (safeway), big chevron gas station are all with 5mins of driving and even walkable. Pismo beach is 10mins away.
