“This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream...

“Fishing and Swimming is good. Boat Launch was a little wash out at the bottom so we didn't risk taking our boat on it so that was a little disappointing. Absolutely dead Cell Service but good Wifi so we were able to connect that way. Humid week so it was a little bit hot inside even with the fans going. Plenty of room for a big family. Jeff is a very good host.”

“This property offered everything to make our stay perfect! The hosts are amazing! The cottage has everything that is needed.The amenities for the water made our experience over the top. The shallow water and sandy beach along with the use of kayaks and paddle boards were perfect for my grandchildren (ages 4 and 6.5). “It was great, didn’t hurt we hit the HOT sunny weather right on! Photos were spot on, CLEAR water right at the dock . Cottage was roomy , right ON the river, renovated just right. Flowers planted all over for a quaint effect. We had the first 2 days all to ourselves on the river(meaning the A-frame adjacent to us was unoccupied. Which only meant anything for our dog who was loving the river and “his” property. When people came into that property , it only affected him slightly. Some storms came...
