“Where do I start, the property owner and “property manager” are not in agreement about the space being used on VRBO. The owner tried to get me to pay him directly, do not do that. VRBO has a great reputation for refunding when people misrepresent properties. The people living here have taken over the property from a 78 year old man who has tried to have them evicted with the RCMP. The “property manager” and his girlfriend are really nice people, they will look after your pets and even help find...

Add to this the friendly and kind staff and this somewhat tired hotel is an excellent place to base yourself when visiting Campbell River. “The town of Lund is very small with few shops and restaurant options. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat with great views, staying in the Lund Hotel is a nice option. Pollen Sweaters and Nancy’s Bakery are a short walk away. For boaters getting work done at Jack’s Boatyard it’s less than a mile away and a pleasant walk.
