“We enjoyed our stay overall, but there were some hiccups leading up to it. Air conditioning was a deciding factor in choosing this location. Before our stay, we noticed A/C was not listed anymore. I had to contact several times about this issue and was met with rude responses stating it never had A/C. After staying here, we can see there is an A/C system. Anyway, all of that was a headache. Everything regarding the booking, checking in, and checking out was a breeze and the rest and relaxation began immediately.
