“At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"...

“We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. The bedrooms/bathrooms/family room and downstairs layout were so perfect for our group of family friends with lots of teens! We used all the areas - including the outside carport and deck. The kitchen was really well stocked, and so were the towels/sheets etc. Caroline was a wonderful and responsive host - we didn’t have any issues, just a question or 2 and she responded immediately. We would stay here again! ”

“We enjoy Bethany Beach most in the fall. This property is nicely situated on a quiet cul-de-sac that is close to all of the local dining and shopping establishments. The house is very comfortable for both relaxing and entertaining. ”

“The location was great with a very short drive to the beach. The back deck and porch were great for the whole family. The house clearly had some appliance and other home upgrades (dishwasher, refrigerator, roof, and TV's). The beds were comfortable. However the house had a musty moist stinky smell in a lot of rooms. Water spots on the ceiling. Some rooms did not seem like they have been cleaned all summer. There were bottles left under a bed, dog fur all over, dust, and spider webs in corners,...

“Place has lots of bedrooms for large gathering. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and kitchen accessories. Description should mention there is only access between the levels outside. We didn't bother locking the doors as the sliding glass doors could not be locked. Place needs renovated but good for a large family. Place also provided kayaks which was great..”

“We had a wonderful mini fall vacation in Bethany Beach at this condo. The view of the water from the condo is what initially attracted me to this property and it didn’t disappoint. Get up to watch the sunrise over the water at least once! The location is great - on the beach with a lifeguard, brief walk to lots of restaurants, shops, pharmacy. Short drive to grocery. The condo itself was spacious and well appointed. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans and appliances. Stewart was helpful...
