“A delightful stay! The neighborhood is full of color, food, shops, cafés. We ate at the flat several times having picked up treats during the day. The quaint and cozy patio made for a restful spot to take our meals. Inside, this fairly typical French flat is very comfortable. Everything you need to eat onsite. Spotless! And our host, Vénie, checked in on us several times, making sure we had what we needed which we did. Totally recommend for about 1-4 people. ”

“One of the larger Vrbo we ve stayed in while visiting Paris. Ans certainly the cleanest. The host was always ready to make sure we were accommodated. Would definitely return. ”

“Wonderful location next to a park and street blocked off from cars. Clean and comfortable apartment with nice views. The only negative was the fridge and cupboards had some opened food in them that seemed old. I would ask that any food be removed before a future stay. Overall, highly recommend this place!”

“We loved Sandy and Delphi es beautiful apartment! I had more than enough space to give us enough room to gather and plenty of privacy. The location was convenient for catching the Metro or the bus or Uber or Taxi. There were plenty of great places to eat just out our door. In addition we found great patisseries, cheese shops, wine shops and produce stands close by. Sandy and Delphine were wonderful hosts and I hope we someday meet again. Thank you so much.”

“We had a wonderful stay. We arrived on opening day of the olympics 2024 and Ms. Aries waited for us to arrive in the pouring rain. She was calm and thoughtful and fully explained all the components of the flat. Everything was clean and abundant in supplies. The location was excellent and easy to get around all points of the Paris. The back bedroom is completly silent. Totally enjoyed and you will too.”

“We had a wonderful time and the apartment was beautiful. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The location was excellent as well. The staircase to the downstairs is steep, circular and has small steps. Caution is in order.”

“Super host! Clean place, and get location”

“I really like the location near the Canal St Martin. Lovely to walk there in the morning. Or join the locals running or biking. Several restaurants and stores near by. A bit far from the main tourist areas but we made it work. Check in was a bit wonky as the instructions told you directions and codes to get into the building and then tell you to go to a keynest store 10 min away to get the keys to get into the unit. Master bed is really 2 twins pushed together so not ideal for a couple....

“Als ich ankam, war niemand da!!! Ich rief an, niemand antwortete! Ich war mit meinen Eltern, einer 4-jährigen Tochter und einem Freund im Rollstuhl !!! Es war sehr heiß, also träumten wir von einer Pause !!! Einen Moment später bekam ich eine E-Mail, dass unsere Apartments stornieren ist! 4 Stunden suchten wir ein Hotel!!! Wir haben 2 mal mehr bezahlt!!! Albtraum!!! Der Eigentümer muss die Konsequenzen tragen!!!”

“We stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the RER A, which is a main line in and out of Paris. The proximity to the RER A and a busy street did mean that when we had the windows open, it was a bit noisy. However, with the windows closed, most of that noise was completely cut out and we had no trouble sleeping. “Leider funtionierte die Toilettenspülung nicht. Das Wasser lief extrem langsam nach. Man konnte also nur mit ein paar Stunden Abstand wieder spülen. Zu fünft in der Wohnung ist das nicht möglich. Wir gaben gleich Bescheid. Es wurde versprochen, dass jemand zur Reparatur kommt. Es kam jedoch niemand. Wir mussten Wasser mit einem Eimer zum Spülen benutzen. Die Wohnung war ausserdem feucht und nicht überall sauber geputzt. Nach einer Nacht sind wir abgreist. Wir gaben dem Vermieter Bescheid. Dieser...
