¡Reserva ahora para el otoño y el próximo verano! Bienvenido a nuestra adorable casa unifamiliar, mid island, ubicada a solo 8 casas de la playa en el lado del océano de la isla. 4 habitaciones, incluyendo la principal con baño en suite y balcón privado, y la habitación "familiar" con varias camas (1 queen, 2 nido doble) y su propia área de TV / juegos. Casa duerme cómodamente 8-10. Aire acondicionado centralizado, Wi-Fi, TV con cable en la sala de estar y dormitorios, ducha al aire libre, lavadora / secadora nueva y lavaplatos. Un montón de juegos de mesa y accesorios de playa para que disfrute toda la familia. A poca distancia de la playa, el parque infantil, el helado, el supermercado, los restaurantes y la playa de la bahía para disfrutar de puestas de sol y kayak (alquiler de bicicletas y equipos a solo un par de cuadras del bulevar). We had a great time. Clean, close to the beach but still off noisy boulevard. My kids liked the TV in every room (ha). Owner was quick to respond when I wrote. Great place!

Fun Fall Weekend Getaway
We had a wonderful stay while in town for a wedding! The house was spotless, super convenient to the beach (not even a 3 min walk), plenty of hot water for our family of 3 adults and 5 kids, beach chairs and toys, all the linens, stocked kitchen, easy check in/out, wonderful communication with our host. We loved the details and retro charm of this house! We hope to be back!

Perfect LBI beach week
Excellent LBI house for our family. 4 great bedrooms with 2 upstairs with a bathroom and 2 downstairs with a bathroom, was perfect for our group. Outdoor living room between house and garage for everyone to hang out together and deck right off the master upstairs for hiding out for some alone time. Outdoor shower and the garage for easy access to your bikes and beach gear were great perks. Hit the beach right up the street everyday and biked/walked to island market, pinky shrimps, skipper dipper, and blue water cafe. Be sure to walk up the beach Friday night to the free beach concert. Thanks Jeffrey, we’ll be back!!!

Even better than advertised!
The house is immaculate and much larger than it looks online. It's very close to the beach. Jeffrey was a great host and quickly responded to any questions we had. We will definitely return!

Great Location, Immaculate!
What a great experience! It all starts with the owner Jeff. He is super responsive and has done everything and more to make your stay comfortable. The house is immaculate, the furniture and kitchenware are terrific, and he provides everything from sheets, pillows, towels, to a garage full of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards). Location is great. Close to the beach. Two minute walk from two different restaurants, and across the street from the liquor store. The supermarket is a three minute drive away. Modern tech, great outdoor seating area. Your family will love it here!

Great house, Great location
This is a beautiful beach house, nicely renovated and much bigger than it seems. Jeff was easy to reach and very helpful. It is perfect for adults only and for families. The ocean and its pristine beach is literally one block away.

From the beginning, Jeffrey was responsive and friendly. Check in was seamless, house was even better than pictured. Immaculately clean and well stocked. Location was perfect, A/C worked great, beds super comfy. Would definitely stay again.

A must read review!
After 22 years of renting, (only Capes), by far this was the roomiest, most comfortable and welcoming home. Where do I start.... Kitchen had great space, comfortable living room with Large TV + Alexa. The retro decor brought you back. Clean, and bright. The beds sooo comfortable. The air conditioner kicked butt. The patio with outdoor lights made for some great dinner/happy hours. Close walk to the beach. This truly was a great space to bring families together. Jeff was so great to work with! Easy communication, and you can tell he loves his home. Will be back!

Adorable clean retro home! This house is really nice and clean the wood floors were really cool!
There’s an outdoor shower which is very convenient and a picnic area outside which we didn’t have time to enjoy! We were there for only a few days!

Location, Location, Location! Great family home!
You can't beat the location of this beach house! So close to the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants, including Pinky's, Joey's, and the Skipper Dipper! ACME is a short drive away. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. Having two full bathrooms on each floor was a plus for our two families. The home was stocked with everything we needed, the linen service was a plus! There also was plenty of parking space. Highly recommend!

Great family place
Close to beach, comfortable beds and plenty of room for five adults and four boys. TV’s in every room so everyone was happy. Beautiful master suite and private balcony view. Plenty of parking space. No flies on the beach! We enjoyed our vacation.

The house is just lovely - beautifully furnished and decorated. And so close to the beach!
Jeff (the owner) could not have been more accommodating. His home has every amenity and the location is wonderful. It’s a short walk to the beach, and the bay is visible from the front porch. The grocery store is just a few minutes’ drive and a decent restaurant, pizzeria and liquor store are mere steps away. The house truly felt like home, rather than a rental. Jeff also offers a towels and linens service (for a modest fee), which I highly recommend. Oh yes - the beds were soooo comfortable. We’ll be coming back in 2019. Hoping we can stay for two weeks next time.

LBI is easy to love

We loved our stay here! The house is adorable and only one block from the beach and had everything our group needed. Jeffrey was extremely responsive and made the renting process seamless! We would definitely stay here again.
