“Cozy home had everything we needed. It was warm and inviting. It was well stocked, with everything you’d need in the kitchen, and plenty of towels and blankets and in a central location with one space for off street parking. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in and check out process.was also easy. . ”

“Came up to the area for the Buffalo Bills last home game of the 2024 season. Wanted to come up the night before and go home the next day - this rental allowed that to happen quite affordably and in comfort. ”

When I messaged Carlos to see if he had a crockpot (for our tailgating prep ) he immediately purchased one and had it delivered before we arrived ! ( even after I said I could bring mine). Had a little difficulty with the security/entrance but that was more on us !! (Not super tech savvy). . He had a back up key right there waiting for us !!! Loved all the little notes around...

“Loved this property! It’s an older building, like all are in South Buffalo, but the charm was amazing and the size was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of street parking and friendly neighbors upstairs. Would stay again!!”

“Overall the stay was great! The place was very clean and the property manager was very prompt with responses to questions. The only 2 minor issues, personally, were... 1. If someone is renting the upstairs, you can hear every move they make downstairs. The steps for the upstairs guests are only separated by 2 doors that would lead into the downstairs apartment but are remain locked. One of those doors is very to the bedrooms. “We came to see a Bills game, it was our first trip to Buffalo. Ryan and Nicks suite could not have been a better choice! Located between Allentown and Downtown, we were able to hit all the recommended places. Bus ride to Highmark Stadium was an easy walk. The suite was clean and cozy! Looking forward to our next stay in Buffalo! ”

“Classic old townhome with all the charm and quirks! Parking right in front was always available. Note the tub and bathroom could use some updates, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Also the floors are slightly sloped throughout like many old homes; just a note for anyone with balance issues. Brian was very responsive with questions I had and you can’t beat the location. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a quiet, spacious place to stay in the area.”

“Location was great! Neighborhood was nice and good for walking the dog. Property owner was responsive when items were needed for the rental. The entire rental needs a deep clean and some more seating for the TV room. Maybe a few upgrades to the furniture, appliances, kitchen ware etc.”
