“Ya nos pareció extraño que 1 hora antes del check in nos llamaran para preguntar si confirmabamos la reserva cuando la habitación ya estaba pagada desde hacía meses, cuando reservamos. Llegamos y no nos dieron la habitación reservada, un estudio con cocina. Explicación que solo se la daban a estudiantes. Si es así ¿ por qué aparece para reservar?
