“Lovely, cozy studio. Clean with lots of natural light. The biggest draw is being a block away from the beach, it was so lovely to be so close, and they even have beach chairs. Parking took us a minute to find, only because the driveway is around the corner from the street the unit is actually on, but once we figured it out it was super simple. Definitely a great stay if you just need a simple place to lay your head before exploring the surrounding towns. ”

“We enjoyed our one night stay at Michele‘s home and Michele was communicative and responsive throughout. We did discover when we arrived at the house that the description of bedrooms and beds on the VRBO website was inaccurate which was disconcerting. Michele did, however, do everything she could to try to rectify the situation for our stay which proved to be adequate. “We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this wonderfully appointed residence while visiting CalPoly SLO. The house feels tucked away, and we enjoyed the vista from from the patio lounge furniture with fire pit and heater for the evenings. We appreciated all the labels and clear instructions in the house. Easy entry. We lacked for nothing. Had fun in the garage with the ping-pong table. ”

“Just what we needed. We made a trip over for our son’s 10th birthday at Mustang Waterpark up at Lopez Lake. The house easily fit us all comfortably. We appreciated that it was dog friendly as well as our pups are always with us. House was super clean and even had some toiletries in case you forgot your own. Kimmy was very responsive and accommodating. The game room was a hit. Shuffleboard was a blast!”

"Personally, I liked everything, the only reason I'm not going to give it five stars is because I don't agree that if I make a reservation for a five-day stay at the place, they only clean it. On Wednesdays and Saturdays I had to sleep with the same sheets and I had to ask for new towels because I didn't have enough for my four-day, three-night stay at the place. Another thing I didn't like was one of the people who was collecting the dishes and cutlery at breakfast, she was very rude, so everyone else was extremely friendly, except for her. Something else I have to say is that when I requested towels at the property, they didn't bring them to me immediately, but they did bring them to me during the course of the day."
