“Beautiful house! We were in San Diego for MCRD Boot Camp Graduation, so this location was pretty great for driving to and from base! There is construction across the street. But, the loudest neighbors are the Seagulls! There is one that perches himself up on the streetlamp post and howls like a monkey all night long!! The parking pad was great for our 2 vehicles, there is not much availability in the street for parking. The fixtures in the home are wonderful! The microwave is a smaller one. The...

“We were in San Diego to explore colleges with our son and to get to know the area to see if our son could see himself living here. The cottage was a great location to be able to visit colleges and get an idea of what it could be like to live in the San Diego area. The cottage itself was walkable to restaurants, the beach and markets and centrally located to visit other areas by car. While there is noise from the airport and the street, it didn't bother us as we took it to be part of the city...
