“This is my fourth stay in one of Karla's properties in Tyler. All have been fantastic, and this garage apartment was no exception!Location is wonderful, conveniently located to downtown and close to many conveniences. It is on a quiet street, and I never felt unsafe (which is a big feature as a woman traveling alone!) Apartment is thoughtfully appointed with everything that one might need for an extended stay (even a crock pot!) The washer and dryer are so nice to have to take care of laundry....

“Warning- warning- warning‼ If anything goes wrong and you want a refund, you probably won’t get it.‼My throat told me there was mold in the property therefore I could not stay there. They said there wasn’t any that it was a new issue. I believe the picture showed differently. I notified them within 10 minutes to 15 minutes after arriving, they would not give me a refund found out. Also the roof had been leaking.
