“Nice hotel to be at if on a solo trip. Hotel lightings are bright and place is safe.”

“The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. ”

“The villa was absolutely beautiful (besides some mould on the ceilings, frogs in the swimming pool area that can enter the bathroom and were found in the bathtub every night and monkeys rummaging through our leftovers). It’s walking distance to the beach but we did not swim there due to the strong current and bad weather. But other than that, there is nothing much to do at Plaza Lagoi - it’s dead there with not many shops or food options. Dinner options are limited around the area especially...

“Very disappointing stay, one of the worst experiences. Taxi driver could not know the location and made several rounds before getting to the right place. So call a residence but no cooking utensils at all except one stained pan and one stainless pan but nothing else for cooking. Advertised that there is a swimming pool and in fact NO POOL. We had to ask for toilet roll and waited for TWO days. The bathroom floor was full of water. Really disappointed hotel experiences.”
