Terrible customer service from Vacasa. Booked a condo in Girdwood for our family vacation managed by Vacasa. After a few weeks we were contacted by Vacasa letting us know that the condo would not be available as it needed maintenance. They rebooked us into a different condo they managed. Months passed and then when we got to Alaska we discovered that Vacasa had canceled the second reservation without any communication. They told me that the second condo was still available and offered to reserve it again, and told me they'd call me back when it was sorted. After a few hours i texted them. This time they told me that yes, they could see that both reservations had been canceled, and suggested that i make a new one myself. Not wanting to deal with Vacasa again, I booked a home elsewhere in Anchorage, but failed to notice that this home too was managed by Vacasa. When we checked in on Sunday we discovered that the wifi in the home was not working. This was at the end of a long trip, immediately after being without cell service for three days, and when roaming data had started to run out for our family. After resetting the router and modem failed to resolve the problem, Vacasa said that they'd notify their local operations manager, but when we left on Tuesday there was still no wifi, or any communication from someone interested in trying to fix it.
Home itself was ok.
