“The communication with the host was not good. Even though I had planned to arrive after check in time which is 3pm, I still did not have my check in instructions by 8pm. The property states free parking, yet there are only 2 hour free parking availability with signs posted. The apartment was up 3 flights of narrow stairs which is not in the listing. The apartment smelled musty. I turned on the AC in the window and it did not work. The lights in every room had at least 1 or 2 out. I...

“We stayed here with our dog while our son was in Cooperstown for baseball. This was everything we wanted. Our hosts were wonderful, the location is beautiful, our stay was comfortable and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The outdoor shower was amazing. We really enjoyed visiting with the animals on the farm. Fantastic experience all around. ”
