“My husband and I brought our puppy. He had a great time running around the yard and beach. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The property is beautiful and we were very happy to find a pet friendly place on the water and close to town.”

The cottage was very welcoming and decorated in charming nautical decor. The location is serene and private, with beautiful water views and plenty of outdoor space in the yard area. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing escape. The location was great too! Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in Montauk!”

“This adorable, cozy cottage was perfect for our family getaway to Montauk. We have tried various rentals and hotels each summer and Robert’s cottage was by far our favorite. It fit our family of 5 perfectly, with enough room that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The decor was light and airy and just what we were hoping to find. From the awesome location, just a walk to the ocean, to the indoor pool and back up to a comfortable stay, our entire family agree that we can’t wait to return!...

“This is great property - perfectly renovated and close to everything including a nice North Fork beach in walking distance. Our host Bill communicates well and has thought of everything - house is well appointed and tastefully renovated with AirCon and washer/dryer. Sheets and Towels are clean and high quality! “Step away from your busy schedule, step back in time, and step down to the beach. Bayside Cottage is an idyllic, charming, and rare place -- one increasingly harder to find as grandiose properties populate many parts of the Island. Thankfully the North Fork has retained much of its character since we began visiting some 20 years ago, and Orient is beautifully preserved with a lot of tender loving care, especially towards nature. “We had another fantastic vacation staying at the house. The location cannot be any better, only a few minutes walking distance from the beach. The house has a yard that faces the lake, we wake up to birds and bunnies in the yard. It's close to the wineries and restaurants. House is clean, and enough for family of 5.
