Fantastic Property and Hosts
This property was impressive. Communication with hosts was excellent. They genuinely care about your experience. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was hands down the best equipped VRBO I've stayed in. Hot tub and sauna well maintained. Highly recommend for families.

Very comfortable house with lots of activities
We were a group of 8 (2 families). The house is awesome just like its advertised. Best part that we enjoyed was basketball, sauna and the poker table. This home had really good options for day long activities if you just want to sit at home and relax. The host was very friendly and responses to mesaages were very timely. We all would love to visit this place again.

Thanksgiving Weekend Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub and sauna were amazing. We took the Christmas train in Jim Thorpe and my grandkids had a wonderful time. The deer are practically tame. Seeing the deer up close and personal really made the trip! I hope to come back this summer.

Peaceful vacation
The hosts were amazing at communicating and provided us so much information about the area with food and things to do. The home was clean, homey and had something for everyone to do! They equipped the home with games, a shed full of outdoor games , bikes , sidewalk chalk and even strollers to use! We have such an amazing time. The house and community are beautiful. We will definitely be back.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME
Everything is as stated and better. i had 2 12 year old boys a 4 and a 6 year old and there was always something to do for everyone. Almost everything you need for your stay(outdoors equipment) is already on site. we brought all of our own stuff not knowing how much stuff would be there but this place had it all. we have been to the poconos may 8 or 9 times in the past 12 years and i think this is the most well rounded place we have stayed at. Owners were prompt and eager to please. we had deer in the yard almost every morning and evening. A very short drive down to the beach. Stores all within 5 minutes If out family decides on the Pocono's again for next year we will definitely being staying here again!!!!!!

Wonderful Vacation
Our family has stayed in Towamensing Trails a number of times and we love the location. The lake front, snack bar, and pool are wonderful and the staff is pleasant. Our host, Deepak was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, including vacation ideas and spots to visit. The house was clean and ready when we arrived.

Wonderful family getaway!
This house was perfect for two families to enjoy a quick vacation to the Poconos area. The open floor plan made spending time in the house easy and the community offered many amenities the kept everyone busy, including three children under the age of seven. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate- just wish it was a bit closer to the lake so we didn’t need to drive. The owners communicated regularly leading up to the trip and provided in depth and easy to follow instructions. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again in the future!

Really nice stay
Overall I would say we had an excellent time at this house. It was very clean, well equipped, and plenty of space for our family of 4. The basketball court and hot tub were great, and we saw deer almost every day. My only real complaint is the hot tub was incredibly noisy during most of our stay. While we used it daily, the noise from the heater made hanging out outside a challenge, as it was not peaceful (at least not for me). I do understand that to use the hot tub, the heater needs to be on, but thought this was worth noting. Otherwise we had a wonderful time.

Amazing Stay
The cabin is beautiful and the location was perfect for a Christmas stay with my whole family! Not too much around in terms of stores etc so would recommend bringing food with you but everything would’ve been closed any way because of the holiday. Overall 10/10 and I think we might stay again for Christmas next year if we can!

Great weekend getaway!
Overall great time getting away for the weekend with our family of 5 and our friends and their 2 kids. Minor snafu on check in with not getting trash/community passes and waiting for clean up crew to finish up, but the property owner was super responsive from start to finish for all our questions! Sauna was our favorite part!

WOW Factor
This house is AMAZING. I want to keep it to myself but sharing is caring. This is the best house I have rented thus far in the Poconos. It is spacious, clean, and a large kitchen and dining room area. There are activities for all ages at the house. My 2 year old nephew was so happy with the playground and my 15 year old nephew loves the basketball court. The hot tub and sauna are the perfect to start or end the day. I didnt want my stay to end. I am in awe of the house and hosts. They were kind, understanding, and easy to communicate with. My family is ready for next year. 5 Platinum Stars to this property. Im thankful we had the chance to stay here and hopefully more stays in the future. This house takes the cake. Its all that and more.

Enjoyable fall getaway!
Great home with everything you could possibly need in a vacation getaway! Enjoyed all the amenities of Modern Cabin! Got so much use of the hot tub and sauna. Even with the rain and chilly temperatures had a great time! So clean and comfortable!

Amazing house in the Poconos
We had a wonderful time with our family at this beautiful house. Very open and airy. We loved the enclosed porch which has the hot tub. Great to keep away bugs and rainy weather. The swing set and basketball course were great entertainment for the kids. We were very pleased.

Peaceful Retreat
Our stay at the house was great. The house had everything needed and felt like a home away from home. The hot tub, sauna, and kids playground were our favorites. The house was well stocked with outdoor equipment to keep us busy outside (badminton, basketball hoop, cornhole, etc). Will definitely book again. Owners were also very responsive, which was helpful.

Just What We Needed
I didn’t expect the rental to be as spot on with the photos as it was. The complimentary charging stations & in house board games for family fun was just the type of peace I and my kids were looking for. We needed to make some changes and the host was very accommodating and quick to respond.

A Great Cabin for a Great Weekend
A group of friends and I spent a long weekend here and enjoyed every minute. The cabin is nicely furnished with thoughtful touches. We had 10 adults, and it didn’t feel crowded. The owners were very helpful, had great communication, and were accommodating of requests. Could not have asked for better hosts! I definitely recommend staying at this comfortable, affordable Poconos cabin.

Nice house located in a quiet community
This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in! My friends, husband, & I wanted a place just to get away. I stayed in the house most of the time with my friend putting a 500 piece puzzle together. There’s games to play, even for little ones. We are definitely going back!!!!!
