“The booking was cancelled by the hotel as it was being closed to the public because they were taking in Ukranian refugees. Money is to be refunded in 10 to 14 days which is unacceptable as a replacement booking cost me over £20 more for the dame period. I will not be using Best Western Hotels again.”

When we mentioned this to reception staff later, we were told that the hotel was in the process of replacing all of the headboards, and our room was due to be done soon. The buffet style breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety, catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. ”

“Absolutely stunning hotel, we stayed in the deluxe estate suite with a golf course view which made the experience a whole lot better. We dined in the cave bar where the food and drinks were amazing and I would 100% reccomend. ”
