“El lugar no era lo que esperaba, enfrente tenía aspecto de un motel, la recepción estaba algo confusa para llegar y el sofá cama que tenía en la habitación no tenía sábanas extras. Tuve que pedir a recepción y me las llevaron por la madrugada y molestos como si fuera culpa mía que no pusieran unas sábanas en los cuartos que tienen sofás. Realmente esperaba mejor calidad y servicio por ser un Hilton y pagar un precio tan caro. ”

“The room was very nice, very clean. The pools were horrible, very dirty, there weren't enough places to get rid of the sand. People get into the pools with sand and leave them dirty. The property says it's facing the sea, but it's not facing the ocean. The staff at the check-in was very rude. With a bad face😂. And the surroundings look abandoned, all old. I never give a review, but I hope this will help you in the future if you want to stay here.”

“My stay was far from perfect. I ran into many issues and it started once I arrived. First issue was parking because there was no clear instructions on where to park and it took 30 minutestl to actually park. Second issue I had was my parking ticket. I recieved a parking permit in my room with the wrong date on it. There was no front desk so I couldn't get it fixed right away also I arrived too late so I would have to wait till morning. “The floor was filthy. The bottom of my grands feet look like they had walked thru black ash. The sleeping sofa was damp probably from the last guest sitting on the sofa wet. The parking is a headache and confusing. There is no opportunity for early checkin. I am not used to taking my own trash out. think 4 pm should not be the earliest and then you have to checkout by 10 am. The price and fees is not worth it. ”

“The property is conveniently located. The beach is nearby and has easy access. There is a Walmart next door, but the property is not near the parking lot so it is not busy or noisy, and is instead quite a convenience. “Coffee table leg needs repair , sand in bath tub, WiFi was horrible, Dryer didn’t work called reported it never received a response, 3 beds had springs popping up. web page was not accurate we were on 5th floor. After talking to front desk we paid more through Hotels.com Decided after looking at 3rd floor much cleaner better beds cheaper rate I didn’t have towels hanging every where dryer worked therefore great if you book direct not through private party. ”
