“The Eko Signature Hotel was impressive. It offers a safe, quiet location right in the heart of VI. The staff was amazing, friendly and excellent service and honestly far superior to anything we have experienced in hotels in the US or other countries we have visited. (Moses, the bar mar, Dennis at the conceirge, Mary at the Bar. The restaurants were wonderful and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Dimitri, one of the managers was attentive and welcoming. Thank you to everyone there! ”

“We paid for a suite but we’re given a superior room instead. The hotel insisted that the price that we paid wouldn’t make up for what they charge for a suite. From a customer service standpoint this was poor. I don’t even think the staff took into consideration that at the time of me booking the room, the exchange rate would have been significantly different from when I had checked in. I’m sure the hotel provides Expedia with their prices and if there was any issue with this, the hotel should...
