Located in the western valley of the Presidential Range of the White Mountains in northern New Hampshire sits this majestic old lady. Built in 1865 the sweeping panoramic views of Mount Adams in the north to Mount Washington then south to Mount Lafayette is nothing short of spectacular.

For a new and different travel experience while in New Hampshire’s White Mountains visit Santa’s Village. It’s an amusement park designed for people who are tired of the latest and greatest roller coaster rides. There’s something rather gentle and innocent about this place but even though they don’t have a fast coaster ride they still manage to squeeze a smaller one into the park as well as a bunch of other fun rides that are actually designed with smaller folks in mind.
