Always the same--Great!!!!
This is our third time staying at this incredible place. It would be our 5th if it weren't for covid and some health issues. We look forward to our continued visits! Great place for relaxing and chilling in the grotto pool and grilling fresh fish from local seafood markets including the downtown Sarasota market day. The neighborhood is great for walking and the place is just blocks away from taking in the beautiful sunset. We can't wait to go back!

Sarasota Tropical - West of Trail
Property was in excellent condition. Minor issues were brought to the attention of the agent who passed them on to owner. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. The home was spacious and decorated very artsie. The paver walkways and various outdoor gathering areas were well done and the spa-like pool was beautiful and fun to use.

Fabulous home in great neighborhood. Have been coming to Sarasota for 60 years and this was the nicest place to stay. Spacious home, backyard oasis, close walk to awesome sunsets! Everything you need is provided by owners and property manager Karen who is outstanding! Multiple spots for enjoying florida weather within gated backyard. Ideal for 2 couples or 1. Love the landscaping and all the aesthetic details! My wife fell in love with your home!!

Lovely Vacation Home
The house is charming and nicely decorated, and the landscaping is lovely. The location is also very convenient to major attractions and retaurants. Sitting beside the grotto pool was very soothing. The only draw back is the kitchen which, although functional, needs a face lift and new dishwasher. Also, water.pressure in the kitchen sink is very low. We highly recomend the house.

Our 55th bday getaway
We booked this property to celebrate our 55th bday. The property was everything we were promised. Looked exactly like the pictures! The house was warming and clean. The pool was so amazing with the waterfall, you had no choice but to relax. The restaurants and the activities and beach in the area were perfect. We had an amazing time, and the property manager was more than helpful!!! We will be booking this property again next year!!!!

Even better the 2nd time around!
This was our 2nd time to this fabulous location. It has everything we are looking for in a vacation. Love the house, the decor, the neighborhood (plenty of beautiful places to walk), a short drive to the beach and great restaurants, and most of all the relaxing grotto pool. Watching a beautiful sunset at the local park is only minutes away. Almost forgot, a very well equipped kitchen for when we grilled fresh fish. The property manager stays in touch to make sure "all is good". We look forward to our next visit!!!!!

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks. The weather was perfect. The backyard was very relaxing (except for when a black decided to take a swim with me). The house manager was very responsive and we would rent this place again.

Sweet little hideaway
We enjoyed the comfortable patio shaded seating, the attractively landscaped waterfall and its soothing sounds. The house was very comfortable and we thought the eclectic furnishings made it distinctive and cozy. We appreciated the helpful attentions of Karen, the local manager. Some of the house is a bit dark and lighting could be improved.

Peaceful get away
We had a lovely time. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. The backyard was beautiful but my only regret was there no lounge chairs by the poo. I would have like to lay out on a chaise lounge of some kind to get some sun and relax.

We rented this property for the pool and outdoor space. The pool was unkept and not swimmable. The outdoor area furniture was not clean. The house was dark and not on a good block. Overall, this house was overpriced and we wouldn’t rent it again.

Fantastic Property
This property was everything I was looking for.. and more. Absolutely perfect. A little mix up with key, but Karen was super quick to find a solution, and continued to be helpful throughout my stay. If I could have stayed longer, believe me I would. I flew into TPA, but I'd you are flying into SRQ, you are maybe 5 minutes away by car.. Super close, but not so much that it would impose on your stay. Pool area, and just the entire property completely embrace its given name of Casa Boheme.. Conveniently located to Sarasota, Bradenton, as well as barrier islands and I-75 if you choose to explore outside the immediate area. If relaxation is your goal, grab some groceries, and you never have to leave.. Loved every second, and would love to return on a return trip.. Thank you for such an amazing property and property manager(s) ❤️❤️❤️

Perfect Honeymoon Retreat
My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary in Sarasota at Casa Boheme for the week and we were blown away. The house is cute, cozy, and has everything you need for your stay in Sarasota/Siesta Key. We loved that the kitchen was stocked, even though we didn’t do much cooking. The living spaces were comfortable and decorated beautifully. Everything was functional. We spent a few nights watching TV and ordering in too. Our most favorite thing about the property was the outdoor patio and pool! We spent our mornings out by the pool, drinking coffee and talking, enjoying the serenity of the morning and the pool fountain. We even spent many nights out on the patio, looking at the stars, listening to music, and enjoying the candlelight. Those are some of my best memories. We travel a lot with our kids but this was the first time we enjoyed a getaway just for us. This was such a perfect place, we didn’t want to leave. Casa Boheme has our heart. An absolute perfect retreat for couples. We couldn’t have asked for more.

OMG - a little slice of heaven on earth!
Girls trip! I traveled with my sister, niece and her roomate and we had the BEST vacation! I have never slept better in my life, so peaceful and quiet! It was comfortable and clean and literally felt like a private island retreat. We felt like we had escaped to a tropical paradise and could easily call this perfect oasis home. We loved everything about our stay and wanted for nothing. It was so relaxing, the property is stunning and beds were super comfy. The grotto pool was ahhhmazing! We heated it during the late afternoon & when we returned from dinner or the beach it was the perfect temperature for relaxing under the stars. The wine, cheese, snacks, towels, beach chairs, bug spray, bubble bath, hair dryer (even a flat iron!), pool/beach toys & more...they literally thought of everything! And it was wonderful to have garage parking and access to a washer/dryer. Ooh, they also have recycling! ❤️🌎 All of the accommodations were wonderful, the whole home (especially the kitchen!) was very well appointed and we had no issues with anything. I contacted Jana the day we left and she was a joy to speak with and responded to my texts right away. She was very accommodating - we had an evening flight and she let us stay a couple extra hours at no charge. I can't say enough good things about our stay...in fact while I was there I immediately tried to book the property to bring my husband back in July but they were booked up. I then decided I wanted to be a snowbird this winter and looked for long-term availability - this is how much I loved this property! ❤️ NOTE: there is an airport (SRQ) about 1 mile away...I didn't realize this when I booked our flights so we flew in/out of Tampa. The property is so conveniently located to everything and we never heard any plane noise. One final tip: triple check the front gate to make sure it latches behind you...the wind can blow it open otherwise. For four females the neighborhood felt very safe - we had no concerns. I would be comfortable staying here alone. It is a beautiful neighborhood & in addition to all of the beaches (we tried them all), there is plenty of shopping, restaurants and sight-seeing close by. Although one really doesn't have to leave the property to have an amazing time and on our first and last day that's exactly how we enjoyed Sarasota. We definitely didn't want to leave and I hope to return again very soon. Thank you for making our vacation special, relaxing & memorable.

Quiet Piece of Tropical Paradise
Beautiful house and yard in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed relaxing in the secluded pool. It felt like a tropical paradise at Casa Boheme. It is centrally located with many of Sarasota's beaches and attractions nearby. We would enjoy staying here on our next trip to Sarasota.

Amazing and relaxing property
The property is in a very nice quiet area. The backyard with the waterfalls running is calming and peaceful. Had a question about the pool operation and Jana was there to help in 5 minutes. Couldn't say anything better about the property or the managers. Thank you very much we had a great time!

Great, comfortable stay!
Great, comfortable stay! House was the perfect size for our party of three. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. My only suggestion is that more/better lighting is needed, especially in the master bathroom vanity area. Pool area was beautiful and great for lounging and relaxing. The neighborhood was very quiet and location allowed easy access to Bradenton, the beaches and Sarasota.

Needed this Zen!
So glad we rented this space. We were in town for soccer playoffs and it’s proximity to fields, beach, etc., was great. Storms kept us out of pool in the beginning but we were able to enjoy it after first couple days. Having washer and dryer was important for us too! Overall it was the easy living option we were looking for on this trip!
