Perfect location to see all there is to see in Rome.
We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time, Luigi was fantastic. He communicated with us quickly and check in was easy and quick. The apartment was perfect for the 6 of us, 3 great bedrooms, large living area and the kitchen had all we needed. The LOCATION was perfect, a few minutes over Ponte Sisto to Trastevere ( cool part of town) and a very interesting 20-30 minute walk to all the main sites to see. The Campo de' Fiori market is only 5 minutes away and has everything you need. It is in the heart of the action so be prepared to enjoy all the fun (and sometimes noise) that comes with that. We would definitely stay there again. Grazie Luigi

Rome Getaway
We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Rome and the Pettinari house was perfect! Perfect location! Close to all the sites we wanted to see. We were able to walk everywhere!! The home was spacious, secure and right across from Trastevere. Lots of eateries around there plus a small grocery store for essentials!! Luigi was a very gracious and accommodating host!!

Huge home in Rome
Huge 3 BR, 4 bed home in Rome that easily accommodates a group of friends or large family - we were six, aged 9-83 and we stayed 8 nights. Well stocked kitchen with table for at least eight. Great location between Campo dei Fiori and the pedestrian Ponte Sisto bridge to Trastevere, close to many restaurants and food sources and an easy walk to most sights. Incredible value. Host Luigi could not have been more helpful and responsive. Only small reservation - Street side BR a bit noisy on Saturday nights and the bed firmer than the others so not to all tastes.

Excellent Stay!
Luigi was an amazing host! He greeted us as soon as we got to the property and showed us around. The property was very clean with very spacious bedrooms and a nice kitchen and living rooms. The location was amazing! We were right next to many great shops and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome and would stay here again!!!

Wonderful Stay in Rome
My family and I had a wonderful stay in Rome in this property. I am not sure if this could be located in a better location as everything that we wanted to see was a short walk away. While it was hot outside in late July, the air conditioning worked well and kept us cool at night. Luigi was a fantastic host who keeps a very clean and well taken care of property. He was very helpful when we had a delay in our departure flight, which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Great location
Perfect apartment for family in a wonderful part of town. Easy access to the sites of Rome. The neighborhood is surrounded by quaint cobblestone streets and shops. Grocery store available below. The apartment was perfect.

Fantastic location. Walkable to most places - two to three miles at most. Very clean and quiet. Great neighborhood. Luigi was friendly and very helpful. We will rent again when we go back.

Great property in a great location
We really enjoyed our stay. The property was walking distance to all the major Roma attractions - and also close to many places to eat. The property manager was great to work with. We would definitely stay at the same location again.

Perfect Location
We spent 3 nights in Rome, and this apartment was in the perfect location. Close enough to walk to all of the attractions, but not so close that we were surrounded by thousands of tourists. Luigi was very responsive to all of our inquiries, made the check in process very easy, and made sure the apartment was very clean and ready for our arrival. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated after walking around in 40+ deg all day and worked well. And he provided great recommendations for food. Highly recommend!

Convenient location
The place and location were great. But If you’re sensitive with noise, that area is pretty loud. The big issue was that the buzzer kept going off every night and you would have to go down to the entrance to turn it off. Please fix that!

Great Stay in Rome!
We were very comfortable in this spacious apartment in a great location in Rome! There was noise from the street and nearby church bells during the day, but it got quieter at night. We were able to walk to most sights; we did easily get taxis to the Vatican Museum and to the Colosseum. We enjoyed the easy walk to Trastevere neighborhood restaurants. Gelato and grocery store are just steps away from the apartment! Luigi was a great host -- thanks for a great stay!

Home Away from Home
First of all, the host (Luigi) was terrific! Great communication and assistance throughout the process. He arranged all transfers and recommended excellent restaurants. The location was great. Walkable to all major sites and close to so many excellent restaurants. The apartment has all that you need including many books and guides on Rome. We loved our time in Rome and this apartment was one of the reasons why.

Our family of 6 (children aged 18, 16, 13 and 10) stayed at Luigi’s apartment for 6 nights. The apartment is well appointed and the location is second to none. We cannot recommend this highly enough - fantastic!

Pettinari home away from home
There were 5 adults and a 2.5 year old that traveled to Rome. Luigi set up our transfer from the airport and back again at the end of our trip. He always replied promptly to my questions. The apartment was clean and provided plenty of room for our family. It was located by the bridge to go to Trastevere and was within walking distance to several sites, restaurants, the market and there was a coffee shop and gelato shop on the corner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luigi’s place.

Luigi is the best
I was so pleased to have found such a responsive and accommodating property manager as Luigi. His friendly communication was timely, helpful and reassuring in the planning process and while visiting. From airport transportation to restaurant recommendations, Luigi took good care of us. He even met us to welcome us and check us in upon our morning arrival. Although we were able to check-in early, I really appreciated his offer to hold our luggage for the 2:00 check-in, if needed. The fifth floor apartment (with small elevator), right across the street from Hotel Ponte Sisto, is in a wonderfully convenient and walkable area (Campo), and when we needed a taxi (for early morning Vatican tour and train for day trip to Orvieto), it was an easy and quick walk to the taxi stand in Largo d’Argentina. Light, spacious and clean, our family of five felt safe and content in Luigi’s place for a week’s stay. Coffee, gelato, and a small supermarket (Tigre) are a stone’s throw from the apartment building’s gated and locked entrance (doorman during the day). My son and I took the lunchtime cooking class at Rimessa Rosciola, conveniently located just around the corner, and had a fabulous time. I would suggest to Luigi a new coffeemaker and to move the one TV to the large family room, small things that would enhance our next visit. We had such a great time… thank you, Luigi!!

Unsere 5 Tage in Rom als Familie (3 Generationen) waren gut durchorganisiert und so konnten 7 zufriedene Gäste die Ewige Stadt geniessen. Die Großzügigkeit der Wohnung haben alle genossen. Es war genügend Platz für ein entspanntes Zusammenleben. Luigi ein freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die von ihm organisierten Transfers zumFlughafen haben super geklappt. Der kleine Supermarkt gegenüber eine Hilfe.

Wonderful location near the Tiber and a beautiful Catholic church. Excellent gelato shop and bakery almost next door. Elevator, though very small, was great after a long day of sightseeing. We walked to all the main attractions, but that might be too much for some. We are not foodies, however there were many restaurants nearby and the one we tried was very good.

The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The manager Luigi was wonderful. He arranged our transfer from the airport, met us at the apartment, answered questions throughout or stay, and arranged transportation back to the airport.
