This has always been one of our favorite hotels, but this time they fell very short of their previous standard. We had no hot water in the shower on our first morning and had to cancel brunch plans and reschedule. While they fixed the problem after several tries, the water never really got warm enough. Our room was near a loading dock and we were awakened early each morning by delivery trucks. The service in the on site restaurant was horrible, took almost an hour to get food. Having to pay for self parking was ridiculous and there were very few spaces available. The manager removed the parking charges for us since we had so many issues with the hot water during our visit. We found that they had added many high end items to the room- like an automatic bidet and Dyson hair dryer, but I think this just added to the price tag on the room and didn’t add any extra value. We will not be returning.
