Very nice little historic inn right on Rosendale's adorable Main Street. My brief stay was pleasant and quiet (doubly so because of the pandemic). The room was somewhat vintage, although pleasant and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit cramped, with little countertop space. The check-in process was touchless and contactless. Kyle, the innkeeper, was helpful and accommodating, when I texted him, and we did run into each other in the dining room (which was closed because of the pandemic, except for a "grab and go" breakfast and Keurik coffee. To be honest, I would say the 1850 House is a bit over-priced, although the location is great and I will stay here again.
