my wife, 8 year old daughter, and myself stayed in unit 30 which was a good spot. I think there were 4 other units. My daughter loved the upstairs loft which had a futon and a little teepee. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a full meal unlike some vrbos (only con was that there were no sponges or spray cleaners for counters). We stayed in July with 94 days, yurts are pretty much in direct sun and the AC units cannot keep up even with a portable unit in the loft. Inside the yurt during daytime it was 87, when the sun went down the AC was able to catch up. Location is good for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Unit was very clean- bathroom was great but no where in the shower to set a bar of soap or shampoo bottles. Unit has a well working bbq and a jacuzzi. Not sure how the jacuzzi tub on the deck passed code (deck is sagging) but would never pass in Michigan. Honestly, I was a little sketched about a lot of the deck framing. Livingroom furniture was uncomfortable. All in all would stay here again.

Wonderful place!

We had a great time property was clean well maintained and in a great location! The only negatives i have are minor the couch was uncomfortable and the bed was squeaky but comfortable!

Fun Camp

Yurt/Tent was so cute! My daughter thought we were camping, she loved it! Hot tub was nice and hot! Dollywood has fireworks every night around 10, and trains ‘toot toot’ around the park. 5 minute drive to Pigeon Forge strip!

Grooving at the Yurt!

We weren't sure how it was going to be since it was our first time in a yurt. It was as advertised. Wonderful! Great location too. The yurt was cosy, clean and the perfect size for us. Stacey was very helpful and fun. Maybe we'll stay again some day.

Was so totally cool, so comfortable and it’s a yurt, loved having washer dryer, deck and hot tub great, hilly parking a little scary but you get used to it. Have already told friends and family about it and shared pictures, host were wonderfully polite and considerate. We would do it again.

Great family getaway

Great location, close to everything. Everything was very clean. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and bedding. The hot tub was clean and worked great. Excellent communication from the host and manager. The yurts are definitely not sound‐proof but everyone who was around us adhered to the quiet times so it was never a problem. Highly recommend!

Review

At 7mo pregnant this was not the relaxing yurt experience we planned on. Upon arrival the yurt was extremely hot, immediately texted the property manager to make sure there were no known issues with the air but got no response. A dirty washcloth was left hanging on the shower, there is nowhere to sit soap/items in the shower. Couch and bed were both uncomfortable, bed was squeaky. Even with 4 fans running it stayed stuffy. Booked for two nights but only stayed one because a 3 hour drive in the rain back home was more appealing than another stuffy night on a squeaky bed.

Great place

We had a great stay. The place was as advertised and was comfortable with a great decor. Some issues with the TV and hot tub (only ran for 30 seconds at a time) I. Stacy was not much help on first contact but came out the next day to take a look. Unfortunately it was our last day and due to rain couldn't use the hot tub. Overall, would highly recommend.

Comfortable, but noisy

We enjoyed our time at the yurt. We selected it for being something different. It was fun. But, the location means you can hear noise from Dollywood and Veteran’s Parkway. Also the proximity of other yurts means you can hear every car door and people on other decks. If you are looking for quiet, this isn’t it. If you want something different and clean, this works well.

AMAZING!

This place is amazing! It is so cozy and just overall cool. There is a hot tub on the back deck that looks into the woods. We enjoyed sitting out there and relaxing. The inside was immaculate and super clean. I felt comfortable not wearing shoes or socks because I could tell the floors had been cleaned very well. The bedroom had a king bed and the size of the whole yurt was plenty spacious for me, my husband and my two children (three years old and eleven years old). They LOVED sleeping in the loft because they could see the stars from the sun roof. They loved hanging out in the hot tub. Overall im just really happy we chose to stay there. It’s close to everything but far enough away from the light pollution to see the stars. I could not recommend this place enough. The price point is amazing. I hope they keep it affordable so people like me who can’t justify spending 200 a night when we’re gone for most of the time can keep coming. My family and I will never forget our cool yurt stay.

Perfect Couples Getaway

Originally booked a stay for January. A snow storm delayed our trip, Stacy allowed us to rebook with no additional charges. When we arrived for our stay, we found the water had froze. Stacy made us feel very accommodated. The unit was very clean and the location is perfect. Will stay here again!
