Be prepared to be awaken even morning at 8:30am by the friendly maintenance man as he gives a daily what not to do over the PA system which you cannot turn off. The sofa bed was broken and unsafe for the kids to sleep on. While maintenance came and looked at it right away the next day, and while we were told a new sofa bed had been ordered, it didn’t arrive during our stay and no communication regarding alternative sleeping arrangements, as we were dependent on the bed for the boys to sleep on. The mattress was ripped and falling apart, we found dirty sheets on a filthy mattress, the mesh on the frame was missing springs so the mattress would fall through if attempted to use. We had to purchase an air mattress for our stay or the boys were going to have to sleep on the hard floor. Property managers again, never offered an alternative arrangement. The bathroom off the kitchen is missing a good section of the paint from the drywall. There were no additional trash bags or toilet tissue, we had to purchase more, which I left for the next occupant. Outside of the sleeping arrangements, and the daily wake up announcement, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfortable. I’d spend a bit more and stay somewhere else. This wasn’t our first trip to PCB but will most likely be our last time staying with the management company.
