Great location
Fun. Fun. Excellent place with the river barges active, the train rolling by and close to every place in town. Lyft ride was $5 to the honky Tonks. Nice place very comfy and quiet. My wife and I enjoyed every minute.

Cozy Condo
The condo was just perfect for the two of us and our beagle. We enjoyed walking the trail in the morning and relaxing on the patio Overlooking the river. We were able to walk to all the attractions downtown. We were very pleased with the easy parking and convenience location. The condo was comfortable and cozy. We highly recommend it and will stay here again.

It was Perfect for Our Needs
The decor and amenities were fabulous. We have been both long-term and short-term landlords for well over 20 years so we know what we appreciate in a property. This condo had everything. It was perfect for my wife and I. The smart TV with automatic erasure of our account information after leaving was wonderful. We were out on the town plenty, but also enjoyed some quiet time in the living area or on the small deck. There is currently quite a bit of construction in the area so we didn't walk to the downtown attractions as much as we expected to. Uber prices were also higher than expected, but after we arrived we learned that October is their busiest month - so we never felt that any of the charges were out of line. We were able to get anywhere we wanted to go in minutes and the longest we ever waited for a ride was about 7 minutes. Most were there within 3 or 4 minutes. The king bed was very comfortable and my wife is hoping to find out the brand so we can buy one for ourselves. We truly had a wonderful trip and hope we get to return to Nashville someday. We'll definitely try to stay here again if we can!

Finally made it to Nashville
Had a great time staying here on our trip to Nashville. Condo was clean and had nice attention to detail. We rented a car through Turo because we wanted to go on day trips to Franklin and Lynchburg but if you’re only staying in the city you don’t need a car. It’s walking distance to Broadway and Germantown.We did use Lyft a couple of times for $7 to get to Broadway. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.

Very clean and cozy
The condo was very clean! The view was great, we could even see a smidgen of the titans stadium. The water pressure in the shower was PHENOMENAL. We had everything we needed. We felt safe and there was plenty of parking.

Great Chpice
Great base for a Nashville visit. Walk to Broadway and back about 1 mile. But easy car drive down 1st street if preferred. Very clean. Very comfortable. Felt very safe. Nice view of the river. A number of nice details - coffe pods, pool, covered parking, etc. Highly recommend for a couple or couple with small child.

Beautiful River Views
This was our first time in Nashville and the location was perfect. We could easily walk or take an Uber wherever we needed to go. If we were younger or braver we could easily have accessed the scooters that are located all over. The condo served was beautiful and Rebecca was very helpful with any questions and concerns we had. Being able to look out at the river everyday was amazing and worth the extra steps to not be right downtown in the midst of the craziness. We did have to move to a downtown hotel after a few days due to having to attend a work conference and we sure did miss the condo. I would recommend this place and stay here again. My husband's only complaint was he wished there was a TV in the bedroom, but he survived.

Nashville stay
This was a perfect place to stay while seeing all the sites in Nashville. We had a great view of the river to watch the tugboats and barges. The condo atmosphere was very nice with Music City as its theme.The covered parking was a plus as ut was raining when we were packing the car to leave. Would definitely stay again!

Riverfront Condo
The condo was just as described. It was a short 2 night stay for us and just what we needed. Roomy enough for the 2 of us. Short Uber/taxi ride to the Ryman. We spent the day exploring what was close by - Tailgate Brewery, Centennial Park - all a short walk from condo. Lots of other restaurants/pubs close by. Watching the barges from the living room provided some extra entertainment during the brief periods of time we were not out exploring. Appreciated the little extras - coffee, creamer, emergency kits in case you forgot something.

Cute and Quiet!!
We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville at this condo. It was clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There was even a “just in case box” i thought that was really cute!! We didn’t need it but was comforted to know sunscreens and first aid items were there if needed. Loved the attention to detail. Was in walking distance to so many things. One in particular was the farmers market which had an array of quick bites and the Capital park which had a surprise dog park. Our dog who was with us couldn’t have been happier. Rhonda Minnesota

Cute Place - Great Location

Nice and quiet!
Nice clean unit that is well appointed. Comfortable and quiet on the river with a nice view. Owner was very responsive and basically the unit fulfilled our every need. A little bit of a walk to downtown but that was just what we liked to wear off some food and drink! If you aren’t up to the walk, quick Uber ride.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Super cute and cozy and the views of the river are amazing. Walking distance to German town. We ubered everywhere else for around 8$. The bed was also super comfortable. We will be back next time we are in town!
