The worst
If you like bugs and dirty linens. It’s for you! Not remolded at all not even finished sanding and painting walls. If you go thru Vrbo you don’t get all the privileges like pool lazy river and bar. Elevators were down more than running. So getting to the 14th floor is a mess. Then you had to wait on bug guy. Which walked right in while we were in the shower. They gave us a window of 12-2 that he would be there nope 530 he walked in. The drugs below on the benches all tweaking is not good for children. Can’t walk thru there in the building without getting contact buzz. But no smoking so they say. Lol. This place was a waste of our money. And yes we’re mad. But made the best of it. Glad to be on our way home. So 0 stars Never again. I hope this helps someone cause lord I wish I knew. My fault for trying a different area. Honeymoon sweet good luck you roll right to the center and on board. If your going go and relax forget it!!

Place needs a good cleaning
Wish check in was a bit flexible without the hassle of waiting until 4pm. If unit is available at least an hour or two it should allow people to check in. Having said that, property was completely nasty and even sent pics to management company and all I got is “I’m sorry” once in unit I wouldn’t want cleaners in it as they offered. I cleaned it myself and used my time that I would be enjoying vacation in cleaning. Management company should be really checking for clean unit before guests come in.

It was what we needed it to be
Check in process was smooth and easy to follow. Our room was cleanish. The garbage had not been taken out and the extra sheets for the Murphy bed were stained. The pillows all were dingy and lacked cleanliness. That being said, our view of the ocean was spectacular! We were able to walk directly out to the ocean and spend time in the town. We preferred North Myrtle Beach to this area for our family. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not that. If you’re looking for a place to drop your stuff off and explore all day, this will do. But perhaps bring your own linens!

Bad, all the way fron start to finish, shameful even!
I believe we are owed some sort of compensation - especially since this had to have been paid in full prior to arrival along with a Security deposit. This place is in MAJOR need of renovations as well, updating and especially UPKEEP (housekeeping and maintenance issues out the wazoo!). The ONLY thing good about our stay was the ocean-view/location, which honestly I could have reserved many other options and gotten the same... The Owner/HOA/Management team here should be ashamed for even renting this unit. Everything from balcony (old hardened/dried on/caked on bird poop that had not been cleaned in God knows how long), to Refrigerator inside, floors (not swept or mopped, countertops, dishes/cookware and utensils, etc. - filthy / dirty and nasty (you can see pics attached including my white socks covered in black dirt from walking around unit, pics of bird poop covered balcony that stunk so bad, I couldn't enjoy the balcony the first evening. The contact for this Rental unit, whom I was texting on that first evening was VERY rude and confrontational... I dropped the texts after 8:24pm as frankly I was extremely exhausted and it was a very unproductive conversation. The night before we checked out (Saturday, 2.11.23), after taking showers before our trip on Sunday, 2.12.23 - morning of checkout.. we then encountered flooding in the kitchen and bedroom... at 10:30pm - 2 maintenance gentlemen showed up and let us know that the issue was someone had installed the cover plate below the faucet in the tub, upside down (??).. We placed towels all over the floors, however, there was so much water on the undersides of the floor boards, the towels filled up with water and there was more squishing out every time we had to go thru the kitchen to use the toilets. Also, the next morning - one of the toilets stopped up and we attempted plunging the toilet with no success! REALLY a nightmare experience! P.S. I have pictures if you would like to see them, my server will not allow for anymore to be attached here.

Accurate and extremely Nice 10/10
The room was nice, right by the elevator for quick pool access and bridge to parking garage. They had a floaty for my baby, pack and play for my baby as well has beach toys too. Kitchen came stocked with cook wear.. this booking was perfect all the way around.. the hotel itself was great towards the end of my trip. Had a homeless person knock on my door at 2am the first night, and a domestic situation got outta hand next door knocking pictures off the wall and late night screaming.. figured I'd tell this funny story, but the VRBO booking itself is perfect.. I just wish we could've had access to the Starbucks but they provide a coffee maker in the room so ultimately I still got my fill of coffee. 10/10 Recommend (If your neighbors behave)

I enjoyed the unit. I was very impressed with the daily emails, trying to assure that my trip was perfect. The unit itself was very nice. I am a very picky individual, but it exceeded my expectations. The views were breathtaking. I loved the rental process, very easy, no hassle. I will definitely rent here in the near future.

Ocean front view at a reasonable price.
Reasonably priced, ocean front views that are from the 14th floor so you aren’t dealing with crowd noises. However, you can hear the waves as you sit on the balcony. Perfect for a getaway.

Just don’t stay here. 1. Place was obviously not cleaned before we came. Old food and crumbs on the stove and in the burners. Not to mention in the silverware drawer. 2. The cleaning lady did come back in which she called us liars, that she had inspected the room herself. 3. All anyone that I emailed or texted about this issue just kept saying all they could do was send the cleaners back. 4. You can’t even go downstairs and buy a coffee in the lobby or pay for breakfast from their in house restaurant because you’re not actually staying at the hotel (yes, I get it. Comes with a kitchen but you’re still on vacation and don’t want to necessarily cook all your meals still, but we didn’t feel comfortable cooking in the kitchen anyway) …. Just not a very good experience and I do not recommend to anyone else! Although the view was worth something

Disgusting place to stay. Will never book with this property again!!
Check in process was decent. The area was good and close to shops and the beach. Other than that this was a horrible stay as far as the room. We traveled 9 hours from Nashville Tennessee and was ready to start our 3-day weekend for the mini vacation when we got there. The property owners are very difficult to deal with or talk to. Told them of the several issues within the first hour we had arrived along with sent them pictures of the issues and they brushed it off like it was not a big deal with no apology. There was blood on the curtains, blood on a lamp which they said they would throw out when we leave, the hand towels and towels they provided had bleached stains on them, there were stains on the sheets and the couches and a huge hole in the wall like somebody's body was put into it. The floors were nasty, we couldn't even walk around without her shoes off because our feet would get really dirty. Contacted them and sent them pictures of everything and the only thing that they responded was they'll send the cleaning ladies back out, throw the lamp out when we leave, and never said anything about the blood on the wall or the curtains or the stains. Refuse to give any kind of compensation at all, even a discount and kept telling me they've notified the right people about our situation. I kept asking them what that meant and they kept avoiding giving me an answer. Still have not gotten compensation from the incident and since I have left the property after the stay they have quit communicating with me almost immediately. Everyone beware, do not stay with these property owners.

The Good - We liked the location, the bed was comfortable The Bad - Property is under renovation. There was a lot of noise that started early in the morning. The balcony was closed due to renovation work. This was disappointing because we were on the ocean. Management company was dismissive to our complaints and told us they were not responsible for anything outside the unit.

Perfect for what we were looking for!!
