Amplio, comodo, luminoso y buena ubicacion. Escasa limpieza, mampara de la ducha sucia y cuenta con moqueta que le hace falta aspirar adecuadamente.

Zimmer recht klein, direkt zur Strasse, ab 7.00 Uhr Baggerarbeiten unterm Fenster.Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Bilder trügen ein wenig, man stellt sich doch etwas Gehobeneres vor, insgesamt ist das Hotel aber recht einfach. Aber für eine Nachtwar es völlig OK.

Slecht om te slapen verder schoon en zeer gezellig

Het beste lijkt mij om u de copy van de mail die ik aan het hotel heb geschreven te laten lezen. Met vriendelijke groet, Albert Meering. Geachte mevrouw/meneer, Bij deze laat ik u weten dat onze overnachting op 11 tot 12 januari 2019 zeer teleurstellend is verlopen, door drukke werkzaamheden voor MECC Maastricht konden wij pas laat in uw hotel inchecken hierbij hadden wij de grootste moeite om het kastje met de sleutel open te krijgen. Geen afstand bediening om even het laatste nieuws te kijken. Normaal slapen was niet mogelijk door een niet aflatende stroom van snel langsrijdende auto's over de hobbelige bestrating en dat zeker om de 5 a 10 minuten en zelfs van mensen die gewoon voorbij liepen al dan niet pratend. We zijn ongeveer 5 uur aanwezig geweest in de kamer en tegen 6 uur was voor ons de maat echt helemaal vol en zijn met achterlaten van een briefje en de sleutels naar huis vertrokken te moe om ons werk op Mecc op zondag te kunnen voortzetten . Toen wij thuis wakker werden zag ik dat uw overigens ( zeer correcte ) medewerkster had gebeld en heb ik haar direct teruggebeld en onze ervaring uitgelegd. In afwachting van uw antwoord verblijven wij. Gr, A.J.Meering en E.M.S. van Lavieren P.S. Ik heb voor mijn werk 30 jaar lang in heel veel hotels overnacht en mijn ervaring ook van collega's is dat er in geen enkel hotel aandacht wordt besteed aan het hoofdschot die zijn enorm smerig ook in dit hotel.

2 kamers geboekt waarvan 1 met een slecht bed .ontbijt heel matig brood werd niet bijgevuld en dat alles voor een kamer prijs van €150,- er is ook niet bij gezegd dat je in het hotel niets kan drinken alleen uit de minibar niet echt gezellig en s’avonds is er niemand te spreken. Ga hier nooit meer naar toe.

Prettige locatie

Alles is vanuit het hotel op loopafstand te bereiken. Veel is wel zeer gericht op toerisme als het gaat over de terrassen, restaurants, winkels. Voor een kleine stad als Maastricht werkte dit voor mij op een gegeven moment een beetje benauwend.

Altes Hotel im Zentrum, sehr kleine Zimmer, ganz schmales Bett. Es gab 1 Kaffeekapsel umsonst. Bett wurde nicht neu bezogen, mein eigenes Kissen wurde auf den fleckigen Teppichboden gelegt... Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmig

Hotel in het centrum van Maastricht, op loopafstand van het Vrijthof. Behoorlijk bed, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, parkeerplaats tegenover het hotel in afgesloten hofje.

Terrible Hotel--Fair warning

L'Orangerie is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have been all over the world, to developed and developing countries alike. The room carpet was worn, stained and dirty. There was no "décor"--just two twin beds pushed together, a fake leather chair in the corner, and a desk, plus "closet." No place to put the baggage rack if you wanted to use it, I was afraid to put my head, or my pillow, against the "velvet" headboard. The TV did not work, and when I reported it, the desk clerk tried to make it work, then shrugged when she couldn't. The towels were good--plush and white, that was about the only plus. No amenities--a tiny bar of soap and dispenser of shampoo-shower gel hanging on the wall of the tub. Public parts of the hotel--lobby etc.--need a good cleaning. And, since I was there during a big art fair, the price was extortionary. Horrible horrible place. Never again.

Weihnachtsmarkt sehr zu empfehlen. Anschließend Valkenburg. Auch wunderschön. Nur die Grotten enttäuschend. Habe mir geschmackvollere Sachen vorgestellt. Dafür der Ort traumhaft.

Not recommended

This hotel needs not only a good cleaning (reception area smelled of smoke in this « smoke free » hotel, previous guests’ socks and teaspoon were left in our room), it needs new carpeting. No amount of cleaning would make a difference - beyond time for an upgrade to the carpets. The staff was very friendly, the location was great, but you couldn’t stand up straight in our 3rd floor room, due to the roof line, the lighting in the room was poor, so it was very dark, and it was not clean (maybe reason for low lighting?).

За несколько дней до заезда отель попытался снять деньги с карты в размере чуть меньше стоимости суточного проживания. Вопрос решили лично оплатив номер в отеле за сутки до заезда. Несмотря на то, что мы указали, что повод посещения маастрихта праздничный - день рождения, отель даже не предложил приветственный напиток, о котором указано в описании. Это конечно мелочь, но настроение подпортили. Предложенный номер был малюсенькой темной комнаткой , где нет света даже днем. Разойтись вдвоем в комнате практически невозможно. Зато в описании фотографии совсем другие камины, старинная мебель, люстры... Выбирали отель, чтобы порадовать себя в праздник а тут ужасный номер. На этаже горничные убирали более светлые, просторные номера, но нам было сказано, что это другая категория. так как мы категорически отказались заселяться в этот номер, нам предложили номер в другом здании, рядом. Очень крутая высокая лестница, несколько дверей с ключами, и мы на месте. Здесь мы и остались. В номере оказалась мини кухня с посудой и кастрюлями, сковородками, но не оказалось стола, поэтому нормально попить чаю невозможно. Планировка, оформление и наполнение номера вызывают удивление. Одно низкое кресло, один тяжеленный низкий старый стул и узкая высокая кажется каменная полка. В холодильнике вся морозилка забита снегом наросшим, так , что морозилка не открывается, на полках тарелки с едой, все пропахло оливками с чесноком. При открытом окне в номере полчища мух, наверно внизу помойка. сверху грохот.
