Phenomenal place, great communications
We loved our family stay in Meyers! What a great location - a cozy corner just off the hustle and bustle of South Lake Tahoe, but convenient enough that everything is just a short car ride away. Impeccable, well-stocked property with plenty of amenities, and truly excellent communications. Dog-friendliness a huge plus! No ridiculous check-out procedures, just a great place to stay!

A hidden gem
Although off the beaten track near lake Tahoe, this home is a lovely little cabin. Clean, comfortable and quiet, it is the ideal mountain getaway. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Lake town cottage
Was very happy with the recently remodeled two bedroom. A desk in every room for remote working. A standing desk in the living room with a big monitor, webcam, keyboard so all the accessories. Kitchen had lots of cooking utensils and the hot tub was delightful even for July. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of dogs around. A great park is less than half mile away for walking. Location out to highway 50 super easy and walking distance to several restaurants.

Peaceful
The house is as listed. The neighborhood and neighbors were very nice. My favorite part was that it was 5 minutes or less from Lake Tahoe golf course, and a few blocks from a park that housed a lake that my pup absolutely loved. Backyard could use some grass or more complete landscape, but doesn’t ruin the experience. I feel the house was equipped with everything we needed and we couldn’t have asked for a better get away. We also liked that it was outside of the busy hustle of downtown stateline, in fact we explored and found a whole new side to Lake Tahoe which was a great and unexpected surprise. Pup loved the huge pine cones, would have loved to be able to stay out back the whole time, but I am assuming not safe with the bears that can visit. Thank you for sharing this gem, would highly recommend for spring and fall!

Excellent & Clean House in Tahoe
My wife and I had a great stay. The property is clean, is well stocked, and very comfortable. Communication was great and the entire check in and check out process was easy. Thanks for a great stay - we'll definitely book again.

Great small house
Many positives. The house was clean, well appointed and the beds were comfortable.Having the fenced backyard was a major plus for our two dogs.As older folks who always look for accessibility and single story homes, one issue was that the height of the side of the bathtub made it difficult to access. Handrails at the entryways and grab bars in the bathroom would be a definite plus to this home. The spa was more accessible than the shower, unfortunately. That said, we enjoyed the visit and the quiet neighborhood.

Anniversary tradition
This was the second time my husband and I stayed here. Last year was our one year anniversary. We brought our two fur babies both times. I think they remembered the house from last time. We had a very comfortable stay. It was very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. We’ll definitely try to book next year for our third anniversary.

We stayed here for a week in the summertime with our dog and had a great time. The house was clean and really well stocked and the backyard worked out great.

Great place in the summer…
Property was really nice for a small family. Fit 4 of us perfectly. We needed an extra fan, and RnR was so quick to accommodate. They were great to work with and communication was top notch! 2 things about the property to keep in mind: 1.If you are going in the summer, there is no air conditioning. That’s in the description, but I totally forgot about it when we got there. It did get pretty warm in the house (81F in the late afternoon even with the windows open), but the fans helped. 2. The back door and the back window above the sink do not have any window coverings. Again, not a big deal but doing dishes after dinner, the sun really hits you in the face.There are nice blinds everywhere else, might be worth having a blind on the back window too. Everything else was delightful about the house. We would definitely rent with RnR again, highly recommend them!

Excellent little house. Tastefully renovated, with above average fixtures and furnishings. High quality hot tub as well, though the tub cover needs to be replaced as it weighs a ton. Definitely would stay here again when coming to South shore.

Great Spot to Stay
House was immaculate. Only down side was that there was a heated shed listed. When we arrived it was not shoveled out and was too much to do on our own. We had no place to store our snowboarding gear except inside the house which was intimidating given how clean the place was. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed use of hot tub and having our own private yard to chill with the dogs, but it’s almost all dirt in the backyard so the dogs get dirty easily and the host expects you to clean before you leave so that’s not a good combination. Would not rent again due to cleaning fees policies.

Nice summer vacation home
Conveniently located to shopping restaurants and places to sightsee all within 15 minutes. Great place to work if needed desk and monitor to use. Big backyard and a grill to use. There are no dressers to really unpack for a 9 day stay. There are hangers to use and a cubby type place to store clothes in one closet. Appliances are new lots of supplies to use. Would definitely recommend this place for a family of 4 to stay maybe w small children or 4 adults.

Clean and comfortable home near South Lake
We have now stayed at this house two separate times and love how well maintained and clean it is. Location is great too since it’s just 10-15 minutes from South Lake Tahoe and state line. Looking forward to our next stay here!

Perfect Lake Getaway
We really enjoyed staying at LodgeChic! Located in a quaint neighborhood about a 10-min drive from the busy-ness of South Lake, LodgeChic is a beautiful and comfortable home away from home! There's a great park within walking distance with a small lake, walking path, fishing and pickleball courts! Fun MTB trails too! The house was very clean, safe and well stocked for a fun-filled weekend with friends and family! Thank you for the opportunity to share your home!
