Not worth the high price! Pluses: It’s in a nice area of FLL on a quiet street. Nice small backyard to sit and watch the intercostal, inside had a fridge. Negatives: The walls are paper thin (you can hear your neighbors snoring and talking at a normal tone. You can’t control the heat/cool and it would be freezing inside. One of the main attractions was the kayaks which as advertised seemed very available. The were not. You can only use them several hours during high tide and even then, you had to lower them awkwardly at least 4 feet into the water, then figure how to climb down/up yourself without falling into the water or damaging the kayaks ( which she warned any damage would cost a fine). Finally Liza‘s communication was not great and very controlling. You don’t get ANY communication about check in until 2pm the day you come in, tons of rules, all with fines attached, you have to leave doing your own dishes and take out your own garbage/recycling (not sure what the $50/day cleaning and service fee was for). Most of her communication was written about rules and fines and then wanting to sell me her expensive boat ride. When I wrote her a question about the kayaks, it took a while for a response. She all but demanded that I call her instead of writing back ( was driving and doing activities all day and as the customer, preferred a text) when she wrote back it was not overly nice. Wouldn’t have been so upset if the price wasn’t so high. Would never stay there again!!!
