establishment needs updating disabled access poor only one ramp available out in car park otherwise difficult steps to maneuver, very disappointing for a few years ago was excellent. The meals left a lot to be desired continental breakfast was good but full english breakfast was awful, once tried and never again, plenty of establishment had a much better quality. carpets in bedrooms could do with a steam clean !! Re bathroom for disabled people the bath was so high, as to be unable to get in to use the shower!!! to be able to get ones leg over the bath top reception area and staff very helpful. to get to the room from reception 3 steep steps then the courtyard paving stones very uneven and wheels of the pusher! would get stuck in between the paving stones, I do hope that they do improve the hotel as we appreciate that it has the oldy world felling, but if they want to encourage visitors then they need to update, for it has that tired feeling.
