Lovely home with a lovely host
Property was very clean and spacious - welcoming. Owner paid attention to welcoming details such as complementary beverages and snacks. Great floor plan and fenced in backyard was a huge plus with having children there.

Nice hideaway
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this house no complaints, but I do have a suggestion. I would invest in MATTRESSES. When traveling getting a good nights rest is very important, invest in better MATTRESSES. The owner was awesome, very prompt and easily accessible.

Good option for the price
The house was a great layout for our family of 5. New construction, clean, new furnishings, nice personal touches from owner. Spotty wifi. We were able to cook our meals. It was clean and the host was very communicative. The mattresses are very hard. Although the location was great to get to our travel sports event, the neighborhood is transitional. The next door neighbors were super loud one night through 2am, although I know this isn't anything the owner can control.

Neighbors partied till 5 am
The property was beautiful but the neighbors were not very caring people. They partied till 5 am and kept us all awake. All night. We did not stay the next day or night. We checked out Sunday morning. I would not recommend this property for an overnight stay. The owner did not believe me about the party going on till after 5 am. I have cancer and im taking radation and chemo. Im very ill and did not appreciate these neighbors keeping me up all night long.

Great house but poor location
The house is very clean. Carpet is in great condition, no stains. The host communicated the checkin and checkout instructions very well. The host provided many kitchen and bath items (snacks, toiletries, laundry detergent etc). The house is located in a “low income” neighborhood. I was very uncomfortable with the area.

The house was equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and neat. It is located only 10 minutes away from Wingate and is near restaurants and shopping centers.

The house was great. Great layout for 2 couples with plenty of room. At first thought surrounding area was shady, but had no problems, no noise, all ended up fine. Will definitely return again owners are great.

Home away from home
We stayed over the Christmas holiday to be close to my son and grandson. The house was even better than depicted in the pictures. Plenty of space to enjoy. Cleanliness is my number one when selecting a VRBO, and this exceeded by expectations. The house was spotless upon our arrival and is no doubt extremely well maintained. We travel to Monroe 5-6 times a year and hope it is available for our future trips as it will be our number one choice!

We enjoyed our stay in Monroe. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. The house was perfect for a family of 6. We had plenty of room to spread out. The coffee bar and welcoming food items were a nice touch. We would stay here again.

Short stay in Monroe
The property was very clean, welcoming and accommodating. The home had ample space for everyone. This was an excellent choice, as we were very close to ample shopping plazas and restaurants. A couple of suggestions, the owner should include a full size ironing board, as we were there for a wedding and needed to iron our clothes upon arrival. I would also suggest a makeup mirror and a 3rd television. Overall 5 stars!

Perfect for our family!
Everything about our stay was excellent! This house was the perfect base for multiple family members to gather for my son’s graduation at Wingate. Convenient location and spotlessly clean house! The owner has thought of everything! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and large living room to hang out in together. The backyard patio was a nice spot to gather as well. Beds were very comfortable. Thanks for making our visit a memorable one!

Great Family Accommodation
The house easily accommodated our group. It was well equipped and included everything we could possibly need while in town for a wedding. It was nicely furnished and exceptionally clean. The bedrooms were spacious, kitchen well supplied. The owner provided many welcoming touches and has thought of everything . . . you could move in with just a suitcase!

Beautiful home in Monroe, NC
This was our last weekend staying at this beautiful home in Monroe. We rented this home several weekends from Feb-Apr. It was a wonderful experience each time. The owner, Mila, was always wonderful with communication. Anytime we had questions she was always very prompt to answer them. If you are looking for a nice home with lots of space and neat as a pin...this is the place! If we ever pass through the area again we will definitely be staying here! Thank you Mila!!

Clean and convenient
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Monroe. The owner was amazingly responsive and property was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked and we had no complaints about any aspects of this rental. The location is close to 74 and all the restaurants shopping. We have family in the area and look forward to staying there again in the future! 5 stars!

Wonderful accommodations
This is our second stay here, and the house really feels like a home away from home. The space is clean, cozy, and well appointed, and the hosts were so gracious, leaving some Easter goodies and even helping us change plans when illness required a change in our dates. The neighbors were a tiny bit loud one night of our stay, but we cranked up some white noise, which worked pretty well, and all was quiet by 10 pm. We look forward to staying again the next time we're in Monroe!

Felt right at home!
This home was just what our family needed for our trip to Charlotte. The apartment is centrally located in Monroe which is not too far from the highway, making it extremely convenient to get to everything. The apartment was spacious, super clean, and fairly new. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with as we truly enjoyed her promptness and kindness all throughout the vacation process. The cleaning crew was wonderful as the house was spotless and heavily stocked with essential items vital to a families comfort on vacation. Sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, affordable home away from home. :)

Another Great Stay in Monroe

Beautiful Home & Wonderful Property Manager!
We have booked this beautiful home in Monroe for multiple weekends through April. This was our 1st weekend and it was wonderful. The property manager sent all of the information prior to our arrival with detailed instructions. She was so friendly and quick to reply to any questions we had. She even left us a Valentine's surprise which was so thoughtful! The home was spotless! It's a new home so it had all new appliances and beautiful decor. It even has a fenced in backyard which was nice b/c we had our dog with us so she was able to run and play in the backyard. We are so happy that we found this listing! It's exactly what we were looking for!

Would stay here again
The house was in new condition, clean, well furnished and Mila provides so many extras I was not expecting from spices, cooking oil, coffee, q-tips, extra tooth brushes, shampoo, etc just to name a few. My son even left his iPad behind and she played a viral role in us getting it back. This was way better than staying in a hotel and we would definitely stay here again. Great experience!
