Great Location
Great place to stay and super convenient location. Short walk to town or short drive to Travers, Charlevoix, or Petoskey. Fall colors were amazing and the norther lights were a bonus! Hope to be back next year! Thanks!!

Very clean, welcoming , decorated for fall Many extras like a basket of snacks, candy assortment, spices for cooking etc. Host in contact after check in to see if we needed anything else. Highly recommend staying here !

Boyne City Vacation
We have stayed at many different VRBO's and this was one of the best! The house is very clean and had everything anyone would ever need. The home is close to town and a great hiking trail. The owners are very nice and responsive. I highly recommend this rental property!!!

Wonderful Little Home Close to Town
Cute little home. Super clean and comfortable. 1 mile walk to town was nothing. Avalanche trail literally right across the street. Such a beautiful hike up the mountain for a view of Lake Charlevoix. Definitely worth it. The owners are top notch and take a vested interest in their guests to make sure everything is perfect for their visit. I don't think you will find better owners to rent from. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Thanks so much for a wonderful visit.

All the comforts of home in a cozy cottage
My dad and I spent several days mushroom hunting in the area and enjoyed coming back to relax in the house and play cards on the screened in patio. Christine thought of all the things you may need on your stay and made the cottage very comfortable and nicely decorated. We hope to be back next year.

This house was everything we needed and more. We could immediately tell how much thought and effort Christine puts into this home for her guests. From the personalized message when you walk in, to all the extra accommodations ready just in case, we were delighted to have picked this home. Cozy Cottage
A quaint little house on the outside that was clean, and cozy inside. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. The host was fabulous in communicating and in making us feel very welcome. Everything functioned well in the house. From the check in to the checkout, we enjoyed the entire time there. We have already made a return visit, which speaks for itself.

Perfect for our family of four!
Such a comfortable and cozy home. Everything was perfect! Our two 14 year old boys enjoyed the snacks, hot cocoa and candy! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay while in Boyne City for a high school basketball tournament. We hope to be back for the next three years and for future summer getaways!

Could not walk into town. No side walks.
We were away from the property most of the time. Sleeping was difficult as one had to sleep on the sofa. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very thankful for the washer and dryer. The bathroom could use more towel racks and room for personal items.

This is our second time here. Christine is always so attentive and courteous. She leave welcoming notes and good all around. She has thought of every little thing one may need. Her and her husband have made the perfect little cottage. It is so well located. My children and I have decided to make this an annual tradition.

Size, location, cleanliness, this place has it all! It was perfect for my husband and I. It was located close enough so that we could visit not only Boyne City but Charlevoix, Harbor Springs and Petosky. We also drove the Tunnel of the Trees and went to Cross Village. Great hosts, and great stay!

Came up to do some biking and relaxing. The cottage was adorable. Clean and well stocked. Location was also great. We would definitely stay here again. A super host! If their was anything you forgot, they had it covered.

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay in Boyne City. Our host was very engaging and gave us some local tips on things to do in Boyne City. The property was very clean and the decor and workmanship are top notch. The bed was super comfortable, which is always a plus. Boyne City is in a great location being very close to many other wonderful cities in the area. If you come for a stay, be sure to check out Gilda’s Bakery for crepes (sweet and savory) and wonderful croissants, scones and other yummy baked goods. No negative experiences to report, including all the great places to eat. You won’t regret your stay when you come as we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
