The staff was pleasant. The room was pretty clean. It was a little chilly and the heat didn’t seem to work. Breakfast was fine.

Convenient Hotel but dirty and Dingy

Was looking for an inexpensive hotel since we were only going to be sleeping a few hours and leaving early in the AM. Staff was pleasant and Breakfast was suitable but the hotel was dirty and Dingy. The curtains had holes (see pic) that let parking lot lights in through out the night and sun early in the AM. It was hard to get any sleep. I did not want to sit on the chair because it was all stained and gross (see pic). The mattress was thin with springs that poked you all night.

You get what you pay for.

Hotel was convenient to Binghamton area, breakfast area was a bit unkempt. Room was 'worn', carpet frayed, curtains crooked, but overall beds comfortable.

Disappointing

Rug in room stains and filthy like it was not vacuumed for awhile. Wallpaper throughout hotel old and pealing

Hotel need complete renovation

We booked non-smoking room and I called to ensure they hold it for late check-in. When I arrived they try to give me smoking room so I said no and argue for 15 mins. First they sadi they don't have it and then all of a sudden they found one. Room had musty smells and bathroom needs update. This hotel need to be shutdown for renovation.

Nice place to stay

Wwe needed a resonably priced, comfortable place to stay and this was it! The shower was very nice!

Not a winner!

Will not return. No heat in room, lost electricity during stay, poor breakfast, had to redo door keys, did not have any list of TV stations, could not get ESPN, had to change rooms because of broken curtain rod, generally dirty appearance, inexperienced help.

A-Ok

The room needed a "little" work, but overall, not bad. Our room had 2 queen beds, which was perfect for my wife and I and our 3 yr old great granddaughter. Couldn't complain about the "free" breakfast, which had sausage patties, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, donuts, cereal, waffles, juices, milk, and ofcourse coffee. The staff was courteous and very helpful with directions. And, if you wanted a heartier breakfast there's a Perkins about 100 yards away. I give this Quality Inn a "2" thumbs up !!!!!!

High quality for reasonable price.

The price was reasonable. The facility was overall nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Very easy access to freeway. The only thing that could be improved was breakfast.

Great Hotel

Very clean, spacious room, comfy beds. and wonderful staff. A great place! A busy weekend so the sound of children could be heard, but all in all a well-cared-for hotel.

I got lice do I need to say more

They never cleaned my room and they told me that they only do it if you are staying a week or longer and I was covered from head to toe in bedbugs and lice and they told me I had brought it to their hotel what discussing mean pigs

Great Place

We stopped there on Sat. Aug. 5th on our way South. I called to tell them we were running late. When we got there we were greeted with a warm smile from the lady at the desk. We had a good night's sleep and a good, warm breakfast Sunday a.m. before we started out again. The lady making sure the breakfast stuff was warm and enough of it was smiling as was the lady at the desk in the morning. All were cheerful and willing to do what ever was needed to help out. I even got to fill up my travel mug with coffee before we left. This was our second time staying here, and if we come this way again, this is where we stay. The folks are GREAT.

Desperate

There was trash all over the place in the driveway, Checking in there were employees children running about who obviously licked the jelly containers and were told to go sit in the breakfast area and watch T.V. The elevator was hot and stunk. The carpet in the halls were dirty and stained and bleached. There was a fake tree in the hall that had so much dirt, it was gross. The baseboards in the hall haven't been cleaned in years. When we opened the door to our room it was as if the heat was on, mind you it was close to 100 degrees outside with the humidity. We had to keep the door open to our room while we showered because it wouldn't cool off enough. They had 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels and a floor mat in the bathroom, no washcloths. No cups for water. The view from our window was a drainage pipe that had disconnected from the wall. The wallpaper in the room was peeling from every seam. As we were leaving to go to our meeting we noticed the employees were leaving for the day and had utilized all the front row parking. Whats the slogan ? Badda Bing Badda Book, They got the first 3 letters right BAD !!!!

great place for sleeping over

A good place to sleep during travelling

It was a nice stay. Clean bed and washroom. Excellent breakfast with nice celection. For the price its a bit dated look getting to our room. Friendly staff.
