Sadece berbat

En büyük sıkıntı otele ulaşım. Araçla otoparkı 25 tl olan 2-3 km uzağa bırakıp valizlerle yürüyerek gitmeniz gerek. Konaklama ücretini kartla yapamadık. Oda çok küçük, duvarlar dökülüyor, şampuan kutusunun içinde ya sabun vardı yada çok kalitesiz şampuan vardı. Oda bahçe katı ve ses ışık ne varsa hem içeri giriyor hem dışarı çıkıyor.

Klima çalışmıyor Hotels.com dan rezervasyon yaptığım İçin Fiyatı daha uygun diye rezervasyonu iptal edip gece 01:00 de otelimi terkedin dediler ve dışarıda kaldım.daha ne diyeyim bilemiyorum..

Otelde 13-15 tarihlerinde Hotels.com üzerinden konakladım.ücretini ödedim.bir sonraki gün İçin uzatacağımı beyan ettim.tekrardan Hotels.com üzerinden 2 gün daha sarın aldım ve otele gece geldiğimde önceki ücretten indirim yaptıklarını ve o bedel üzerinden kalabileceğimi söylediler.hotels.comdan yaptığım rezervasyonun daha uygun olduğunu o şekilde ödemek istediğimi söyleyincede oteli terk edin rezervasyonunuzu iptal ediyorum sözü ile karşılaştım ..ne denilebilirki kafasında oluşan bir rakam olan ve onu almak İçin herşeyi yoksayan bir zihniyet!

3 gece konakladım, banyonun kırık kapısını mı, 24 saat kapanmadan akarak özellikle gece uyutmayan musluğumu, traktör gibi çalışan ve gece uykumu defalarca bölen klimayı mi yoksa odanın bozuk kilitli ve güvensiz kapısını mı anlatsam bilemedim! Böyle saçma ve rezil bir yerde daha önce kalmadım. Kahvaltı ise tam fiyasko! bir misafirin tabağında karpuz-kavun varken ben sadece uzaktan görebildim bunu.Aldığı parayı sonuna kadar hak etmeyen bir otel.Satin almadan önce 2 değil 3 hatta 4 kez düsünün.

Уютный семейный отель в самом сердце старого Сиде

Останавливались в отеле на сутки. Местоположение - шикарное, ты находишься в самом центре старого города Сиде. Заселили сразу и без проблем, русский язык конечно не знают, но на английском можно объясниться без проблем. Из недостатков - не работал телевизор и для использования кондиционера надо было заплатить 5 евро. Но ведь сутки стоили всего 1500! Так что недостатков нет! Понравилась атмосфера - все очень мило, спокойно и по семейному. Тебе во всем стараются помочь: открыть вино, довезти до автобусной станции, открыть окна (мудреная турецкая система). Ты тут чувствуешь себя гостем у радушных хозяев. Тут же при отеле находится ресторанчик. Можно заказать по меню, а можно выбрать комплексный завтрак обед или ужин. Также подают шикарный турецкий кофе. С радостью вернулись бы еще! Однозначно - советую!

Отель очень и очень поживший. Изначально сделано неплохо, но многие вещи в заброшенном состоянии. Местоположение отличное, персонал доброжелательный, цена ниже, чем на мысе у остальных. В целом - терпимо.

Thoroughly delightful!

Hotels used by tour operators are all well & good but lets face it they tend to be much the same regardless of where you are... If you want to experience a taste of traditional Turkish hospitality in a stylish establishment just yards from everything to see and do then it doesn't get much better than this. Oh, and the food is fab! Thoroughly delightful & highly recommended!

Very disappointed, would not recommend

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Şato hotel for five days in September 2018. We had difficulty checking into the hotel upon arrival as we wanted to change our payment card. The hotel owner was very rude and informed us if we didn’t pay her inflated Lira cash rate we should leave the hotel. Our room was never thoroughly cleaned (the floor was swept just once and our bed linen was never changed). Two days before checking out we received new clean towels and toilet paper. We found the breakfasts to be generally lacking (especially compared to most hotel breakfasts where guests are generally given a choice of what they want to eat). Air conditioning is also not included in the initial booking price and we had to pay 20 lira a day extra for the privilege. Some positive points are that our room and bed were a good size, and there was plenty of storage space, as well as a safe in the room.Overall we felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable during our stay and it really put a dampener on our holiday as a whole. Needless to say I will not be staying here again.It is also worth mentioning for anyone thinking of visiting Side that almost every shop and restaurant set their prices in euros (to cater for the large German and Dutch demographics) and everything is significantly higher priced in the old town than out of the centre towards the resorts. This makes going out for meals in the old town incredibly expensive (and gifts and souvenirs are extortionate compared to Antalya city)

Hôtel sympathique

Hôtel typique, familiale, les gérants sont sympathiques, hôtel calme. Situation géographique idéal (en plein centre historique), tout peu se visiter à pieds. Pas de parking mais accès autorisé pour déposer les bagages en demandant aux policiers qui contrôlent les accès, parking possible avant l’entrée du centre historique. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

"Hotel" der Extraklasse

Wir wurden nicht freundlich empfangen..Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war Katastrophe..es wurde alle 3 Tage gereinigt,das sagte man uns als wir fragten ob das Zimmer gereinigt werden kann. Das Frühstück war lecker aber 7 Tage das gleiche machte es am Ende ungenießbar. Wir bekamen mit wie Hotelgäste ausm Hotel rausgeworfen wurden weil sie nicht um 11 das Zimmer verließen..An sich kann man es verstehen aber man tritt keine Tür kaputt damit man ins Zimmer gelangt. Kein Wlan in den Zimmern und für die Klima muss man vor Ort nochmal extra zahlen.Die Badezimmer sind verschimmelt und eckelerregend..Ich werde dieses Hotel oder wie man es auch nennen kann nicht nochmal buchen und werde es auch keinem empfehlen ...!!!

stylish cozy hotel near beach & historic sites

Sato Hotel is a very pretty family owned small hotel in the historic part of Side. Great interior style, wonderful cozy garden, tasty breakfast, WIFI, relaxing atmosphere, just feels like home :) The owners are very friendly and were helpful supporting me organising my further travels around Turkey. The beach and historic sites are just a few minutes to walk.

Nice little hotel :)

I stayed at sato for 2 weeks and i really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are Nice and the bed is comfy. and you have everything you need just outside the hotel. Its very central. The straff is also friendly. Enjoy
