“Wir (Jugendhilfegruppe 13 Personen) sind am 27.07.2024 angereist und haben 10 Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Übergabe des Objekts verlief sehr schnell, aber vielleicht hatte Tihomir es eilig. Wir haben uns zurecht gefunden. Ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten hatte kein Fenster und keine Klimaanlage, ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Der Pool ist toll, er wurde fast täglich gereinigt. Tihomir hat sich stets erkundigt wie es uns geht, das war sehr nett. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch wenn man...

“We spent a week in the villa for our family holiday, two families with an age range of 18 upwards. Everyone has a fantastic time, the villa was perfect. We hired a boat for the week so needed a villa close to the sea, we couldn't ask for one any closer than this villa. The villa is perfect for large groups of people as there are areas if you want some quiet time but also areas to have lots of fun as a group. The villa is a must but you will need either a car or a board due to it's location.”

“We had a great time at this property. The pool and outdoor area was lovely for hanging out and the rooms and beds were all nice and comfortable. Great AC which was much needed for the middle of August. Josip was a wonderful host and made check-in/checkout very easy and he was very responsive and helpful over Whatsapp and sent us great recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend this property for anyone coming to the area.”

“Simple the best place we have ever stayed. Have the sea at your doorstep, access to paddle boards etc, made this the most wonderful holiday. The inside of the villa is immaculate with air conditioning throughtout, and a lovely sized pool. Location is great, just a short taxi drive to restuarants and bars in Rogoznica. We would definately like to go back at some point.”
